If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I called to get my washer fixed. They farm out calls to independent contractors and I was scammed out of $422. The tech only accepted apple pay or zelle. I wasn't aware of that. The tech was an hour late and wasn't even at my house an hour. He did absolutely no diagnostics on the machine, replaced a water pump without even knowing what the issue was. The machine would not turn on after the replacement, and displayed the same error. The tech lied to me and said that another tech had to come and "reboot the motherboard", which wasn't true. The second tech never showed up, and the first tech blocked me when I asked when the next tech would come. I sent him a photo that the error was still occurring. He would not accept my calls. I should have never paid the first tech without the machine being fixed. He said the part cost $190 so he charged me $232 an hour to replace the part. He said the company would send a receipt, and they never did. This company is a complete scam. Do not use! Tre is a scammer.

I had to call another company to come out and troubleshoot my machine. The issue was the motherboard being broken. I tried to order the motherboard, and it’s no longer in stock. My machine was not fixable. And I am out $422 dollars.
