I can guarantee you this if you want a honest fast service on your Appliances he is your man hands down. I’m a property manager. I have a lot of houses that he has attended to nine times out of 10 I’m not even there. He’s definitely reliable honest honest honest can’t say that enough cause in this business they can all lie to you hundred percent recommend him

I can not say enough about Sam, other than he is a STUD at what he does! We were referred to him from another contractor...on the "First" for our washer...he was very honest and told us that it would be much cheaper to buy a new one...which we did! Then as you would know our dryer went out and we called trusty Sam and he came right out and fixed it, little did we know we had a smoldering inside our unit! Sam is on speed dial for my real estate business!! Thank you Sam.

Efficient and very reasonably priced. With today’s economy, it was refreshing to not have some one price gauge. The technician was in and out and payment method was easy.

My 40 year old Maytag washing machine was leaking. I called Prime and Sam came out the same day and diagnosed the problem as a bad hose. He ordered the part and was back in two days and fixed it. I wasn't sure a washing machine this old could be fixed, but he did it and for a very fair price. I highly recommend Sam and Prime Appliance Repair.

I called Sam on a Saturday, he came on Sunday to put a temporary fix in, and a few days later With the parts needed to permanently fix the problem, all for a reasonable price.

Prime Appliance Repair arrived on time with the parts required to fix our clothes dryer. He expertly disassembled the dryer and installed the new part. He later repaired our refrigerator, which was leaking water. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company.

I was given this service person through my warranty company. They were non responsive, not on time and failed to repair my fridge. I texted multiple times only to find out they declined my repair and never even let me know. I’m not a difficult person. I just wanted my fridge repaired. He didn’t know how to fix it so he just quit. No call to me or explanation. I could accept if it was beyond his level of expertise but he just quit and left me hanging with food spoiling in my fridge. No call or text. Unacceptable. I would not recommend.

Had to have a repair done on my LG dryer start button and requested a technician to come out.
The technician was very kind, very knowledgeable with LG products and went above what was expected.
He was able to fix the issue, giving me a little more time before having to officially replace my dryer ( it's old lol)

Diagnosed the problem quickly. Ordered the part that day. Installed 2 days later. Very happy with the service.

I was told over the phone to text information on my appliance and video of what it was doing, which I did. Only to get no further response through text or calls. I'm assuming it was too much work involved. Somehow this guy is on LG's recommended repair companies so I guess I will be reaching out to them too. Terrible way to run a business.

Fair Price appliance was assigned to come to my home to evaluate (repair or replace) my dishwasher. The person, who I believe is the owner, showed up just about on time and was polite. He told me that the motor (the circulation motor I assume) was burnt out and needed to be replaced. He mentioned that he would add that to the ticket with my home warranty company and would wait for what they would approve. 2 business days (4 calendar days) later I contacted my home warranty company to check the status of their decision - they stated that they were unaware that Fair Price appliance (the owner?) had even done their evaluation yet - much less provided their findings. A day or two later the home warranty company approved the parts + labor to fix it. 2 weeks go by and I still had not heard back from Fair Price appliance to schedule the fixing of the dishwasher. I contacted them and left them a voicemail that was very professional stating to give me a call so we could schedule it... an hour or so later - they notified my home warranty that they were injured and were unable to repair my dishwasher - and that my home warranty company would need to assign another sub contractor (seemingly because "Fair Price Appliance Repair" only has 1 technician/employee).

Unfortunate combination of untimely service, poor proactive communication, and then the strangely convenient timing of an "injury" communicated to the home warranty so they didn't have to do the job at all.

I would not recommend using them directly - and if your home warranty assigns them - I would request it to be reassigned.

Lester is one of the best appliance repair men going great fast servic for a good price we have been using him for year.
