Pronto was great. They didn’t fix anything but they correctly diagnosed that our old dishwasher was significantly broken and gave us our options. Nice staff and prompt. Also affordable.

The guy that came was very efficient. Kept me up-to-date the entire process. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. Got it all done fairly quickly. Took out the old microwave and installed the new one. Knows his stuff. Totally recommend this company. I will also make sure to tell my insurance. They should recommend.

Such a pleasant experience (even though my dryer broke down). Great the AI experience when calling for information and to set up an appointment was quick and easy. They had a quick response (first thing the next morning). The Service Technician was great explained everything to me and offered up a couple of resolutions for it. We were introduced to this company via our extended home owners insurance, they did such a great job we kept their information for future use. Contacted them today to try to set up an appointment for the next 2 days and they were at my house within 3 hours, had it diagnosed (repair will cost as much as new built-in) and left within a half hour. Everyone we talked to was very helpful and polite. We will recommend them to everyone, nothing but A+ service all around.

I did not get my washing machine repaired..however, I did have it checked out and the repair man was very informative..as a result of his information...I contacted the manufacturer and my washing machine is on recall and will be repaired by the manufacturer. The service provider was awesome. He made sure the dryer issue was the cause of my problems before making the repair. They do use AI for calls and texts. This caused a scheduling issue and a service call cost error. Make sure you get a real person on the phone to get accurate information. AI is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Dryer needed repair. Appt made. Repairman was very efficient, knowledgeable, nice, personable. He explained the problem in a way I understood. He brought all items needed for repair. Repair made quickly. This is the second time I have used Pronto and highly recommend.

I had their technician come in to do a repair for my dryer. After the $95 fee just to show up, they wanted $329 to replace a thermal fuse. When I asked for some justification on costs they were not able to give me any more details. This was quite frustrating as I know it part is $20 and the job would be easily less then an hour. I called another company and they were able to do the job for $150 all in. They did it in less then 30 minutes.

These guys are a complete rip off and scam. I will be advising all friends and family to go elsewhere for better service AND better pricing.

Excellent, fast service! Quick to respond to call. Replied promptly via phone and text prior to arriving. Explained the specific problem and quickly was able to quote a replacement part for ice maker. Part came within 2 days and they came to put it in right away! Nicest Service all around! Gentleman was super considerate, kind and extremely knowledgeable.
