This is the second time I’ve had oronto appliances out to repair my appliances and after they left the appliance was still experiencing the same issue. They installed a drain line to my dishwasher. The dishwasher is still giving an error message and not working. I have been calling them back many times and I’m being told they will check with the technicians and get me scheduled. No one has come out. The last time it was my washer, same thing. It is still doing the same thing they were supposed to have repaired. I will not be using nor recommending this company again.

We used Pronto a few years ago and they were fine other than trying to up sell things we didn't need. Needed service on our speed queen dryer called three times in the matter of 5 days each time being promised we'd receive a call back from scheduling. Why bother calling yourself Pronto if you suck that bad at even scheduling. Save yourself some time, find another business who wants the business.

Quinton was awesome! When he came to check my dishwasher of course it started working properly again however he still took his time to check a few things on the dishwasher while he was here. I really appreciated this. I will definitely use them again in the future!

My dryer was giving me an error code. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. It was going to take 3-5 days to get the part, but luckily they got it the next day and installed it that day. I was very happy with the fast service.
