I have dealt with Elite Appliance Service and Repair for over 4 years in my position as a repairs coordinator for a property management company. There is no other appliance repair and service company in my opinion in central Florida that comes close to them as far as quality, efficiency, service and honesty. Mike the owner and his staff are the best in the business.

Our tech from Elite was David and he is outstanding. We had a plugged drain hose on our dishwasher and he the pump and switched out the hose and made sure all was working properly before he left. He is professional, courteous, quick, efficient, and really is a nice guy. He seems to care quite a bit on getting it right for you so he was extremely helpful. If this is any indication of Elite’s quality of service, I would strongly recommend them without hesitation. Great work David and thanks very much.

Very professional and prompt company to fix my dryer. Got lucky and they were able to come next day after I called. They were quick to fix the issues and was in and out quickly. Instead of buying a new dryers for over $1000 spent less than $200. I would recommend this company to anyone. Good customer service.

Very happy with my experience today! I was given a 12-3PM window for a new washer installation. I usually plan my day for a lot of blocked out hours when given time estimates like this lol. But they called me to confirm very early. And their installation technician, Diogo, showed up exactly at noon, was incredibly polite and professional, and finished the job in 30 minutes. Highly recommend this company!

I recently needed a repair for a washing machine. I appreciate the fact that they responded quickly and was able to get me an appointment next day, however, their diagnosing ability was terrible. They claimed it was a bad a control board ($300+), which later I was told was not available (perhaps not from their supplier, but was still available from other parts stores) and therefore my only option was to get a new washing machine. I decided to repair things myself and it ended up being the water inlet solenoid valve ($30 part). This was a simple diagnosis that should not have been missed and certainly should not have yielded a recommendation to replace the unity with a new one. Gave them 2 stars for promptness and responsiveness.

My technician, David, was absolutely amazing. He communicated his arrival time, and was able to repair my dryer in less than 30 minutes! Thankful to have skilled technicians like David in the Orlando area.

They are very quick in responding and setting up appointments. I appreciate the text messages they send to let you know when they are on their way and when they will be there. Diogo was friendly and great at communicating how long everything would take and what the problem was. He was very fast and efficient when he set my new washer up.

My washer stopped working on New Years Day. I was able to get a diagnostic appointment set up quickly via Rebecca in their office. She was kind and helpful and actually called me later the same day to tell me they could have a technician out sooner than expected! David arrived the next morning and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, the part needed was only available at a distributor in Jacksonville and had a 3 business day delivery schedule. Luckily, it arrived early and I was called yesterday to schedule the repair for this morning. David arrived and fixed my machine! He was courteous and expeditious. Overall 10/10 considering the complexity of my repair. Great communication and customer focused throughout the entire experience. THANK YOU!

Each time they get assigned to a maintenance request, they are quick with a response. When they come to fulfill the order, they communicate clearly and work quickly.

David came in and properly assessed the issue with my dishwasher and in less than a week they ordered the new parts and installed them! Got it running again in a timely and kind manner! 10/10
