We had a great experience with our technician, David! He helped us move and install our washer into the laundry room and hauled away our old washer. He was so kind and also helped me move a mini fridge inside my house since I had recently arrived home from the hospital and needed assistance. Would recommend this company!

There are too many options on Google, but don't look any further! Please call Elite Appliance Service and Repair, they are amazing. When I called, they actually answered the phone and I did not get some BOT garbage. They were helpful with troubleshooting, in hopes that all would be well! Mike came out this afternoon to the house, kind and caring, and had a look. Unfortunately, my refrigerator is a lost cause. I am so grateful to Mike for coming out and trying to fix my issue.

Our Tecnician, David was Wonderful! He was constantly in contact from appointment set up to update on arrival time. He fixed our dryer in less than 1 hour and was very knowledgeable about the appliance. I would definitely recommend this company for any home repairs.

We recently had Elite Appliance Service and Repair to our home for a dishwasher issue. David, the technician, asked what the issue was. Just after a sentence or two, he was at work diagnosing the issue. Shortly thereafter, he explained what he had already performed (system updates) and that he would additionally need a sensor that he did not have readily available. He called later that evening to let us know he had the required part and could come the next day to install it. We have never had such quick, complete service from any company. We would highly recommend Elite for appliance repairs. Communication, customer service, professionalism…they are truly elite in every sense of the word.

Had the company out to fix refrigerator that was not cold. Mike was Very professional and the price was within my budget. My fridge was fixed that day and works better than ever. I will make sure to always use this company.

My dryer stopped working. While I appreciated the tech coming the next day, he was incredibly rude and charged me $194.85 to replace a burned out fuse! I commented, "Goodness. I didn't pay that much for the dryer." In a condescending, know-it-all tone, he said, "Yes, you did." I said, "No, I didn't. I bought it used." He also only takes cash or checks, no debit cards. I was not aware of this. Acting like "I don't have time for this," he then stood with his hand on his hip while I pulled the cash together. Oh, and he carries no change, so he got $200. Never again.

Omar was super nice and quick. He helped me understand all my options. Hopefully I don’t have to call to repair my fridge again but if I do they’ll be the first I call.

This is a professionally-run company.. We are so glad our home warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection recommended them.. They quickly figured out what the problem was with our fridge. I was originally having issues with my lights inside my house dimming every time the dryer was on. I thought maybe it was my heating element. After diagnosing the dryer everything was fine and he suggested it could be my main panel and it resulted it was my neutral wire coming in to my main panel outside my house from Duke Energy. Very happy that it wasn’t my appliance going bad.

This is the best experience I’ve had with a home appliance company. They had availability the next day. They both text and called me when they were 30 minutes out. The technician Omar, spent time and effort getting the machine to emulate the error that I was having so that he could properly diagnose it. I will be calling them again.

Great service! Parts took longer to receive than anticipated, but was kept aware. Quentin was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again!

Omar was very helpful! He listened patiently to my inquiry, and worked with me to help identify the root cause of my appliance issue instead of slapping on a bandaid fix. He was also kind to answer all sorts of random questions I had. I would consider using Pronto again!
