This company was very proficient and professional .. they fixed our ice maker problem and replaced it with new parts not refurbished .. I’m very pleased with the timing and efficiency of the work done ..

Absolutely the worst service. Technician using bad words (unpolished). To try to make the diagnosis of my fridge did not have a multimeter with him.
He Guesses and recommended for me to change the fan of the freezer and I wasted $100 and that was not the issue. By the way he could not figure the part number, I needed to to that for him.
On top of that he was not familiar with the model of the fridge. Did not know how to simulate doors closed and did not know about how the eletronics work.

Their technicians couldn’t read a schematic and didn’t diagnose properly. Waste of money and never even put machine back together. Terrible

David and Mike were amazing! They made our initial repair consultation and delivery of our new stove so easy. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their quality of service! I look forward to calling them again in the future for any other needs

Exceptional service! Technician David repaired our leaking freezer in less than an hour! We've been dealing with this problem for four (!) years, and no one has been able to fully resolve it. David also replaced the microwave promptly and efficiently. He always keeps all of the tools on hand and even brings towels to protect the furniture from scratches. Definitely recommend! 👍🏻

I was very impressed with the services. They were able to get me in the next business day to have my refrigerator replaced. Diogo Was the technician he showed up on time and was done within an hour I was very impressed and of course very thankful that I have a new working freezer and refrigerator. I will definitely recommend in the future to anyone that is needing a similar service.

I had the good fortune of having Davi assigned to replace my garbage disposal. He unfortunately realized that someone had previously done some shoddy work on the sink’s plumbing, so like the true professional Davi is, he kept working and retrying things until he made sure my sink was fixed. Our rental’s washer/dryer are tucked in an alcove that makes them difficult to reach and maintain. Elite came prepared and were able to access the machines and get the washer working again. Super polite and professional as well.

David was here today with another team member who's name I forgot (sorry!) and they did a great job replacing our old washing machine. This was after quickly diagnosing the issue with the previous unit and determining that it was going to cost more to fix than to replace. This is the fourth or fifth time I've had the pleasure of working with Elite Appliance and they've done a great job every time.

Elite appliances has been nothing but amazing with all of my repairs and replacements. They work super fast, are professional and personable. David always makes sure to explain to me what’s going on and makes sure I’m happy before he leaves the job. I can’t recommend them enough!

Diagnosed first visit, came back with new parts and completed repair second visit. Each time arrived on or before expected time. Efficient, courteous and competent.

David was so professional and nice. He explained that the machine had been incorrectly installed and it could have seriously damaged the machine. But he fixed it in a few minutes. I have used his service many times before for other appliances in the house and he has been really great! I highly recommend him! I also recommend Mike, he fixed our dishwasher and was very informative, and explained things clearly. He was also very professional, on time and a nice guy!

Since the moment David the Technitian walked in my house, he was kind and welcoming. Something that I thought it would take him like 20 minutes, he did it 7 minutes. Very clean, acknowledgeable and professional from the first moment!

David is an excellent technician. He found the problem quickly and was able to repair my stove and dishwasher without a problem. He showed me afterwards that the appliances are now working. 10/10 recommend. From the staff setting up an appointment quickly and getting in the very next day. To Diogo who came and changed out the whole dishwasher. I’d say in record timing. They were all very nice and would definitely partner with them again for any future services.
