I called after my workday and had a very efficient AI agent set me up for the next day. The communication The following day from a live agent was on time and clear with the expectations and schedule. They said they would call 30 minutes prior to being able to come and they did and Omar was very efficient and explained everything and got the job done very quickly. Truly thankful for clear, efficient communication, and getting the job done in timely manner. 10/10 recommend their services.

This was such an easy process from start to finish. Making an appointment took minutes via phone call with an appointment the next morning. To needing to order a part that took 3-5 business days that came in the very next afternoon and was replaced same day. Would highly recommend this service and Omar, my tech, was great, friendly, and lightning quick. Could always feel like I could rely on his expertise!

I called this appliance to have my under the counter beer cooler looked at, when I called he told me a time and was running late but he stayed intouch with me. When he arrived at my house he checked out my beer cooler and found a broken wire so he fixed it and I am so so happy now and the price was unbelievable so if anyone needs an appliance repaired or looked at please call Prime Appliance they are the best.

Fixed my fridge! Did the job, did it right! All that matters.

Contacted this company after finding out my fridge was not working after Hurricane Milton. I set an appointment for 5 pm, Tuesday Oct 15th. 5:10, I texted to see if Sam was coming, he said 6pm. 6pm he said 20 minutes. 6:35 i told him not to bother.
Very irresponsible and unprofessional. I understand things happen, but no courtesy.

Called Prime Appliance Repair, showed up about an hour after I called late Saturday afternoon. Didn't have the part, came back first thing Monday morning completed the job. Sam was very professional and very courteous. Will call Prime for any further repair to any appliance I have.

The guy did a very good job. I took a movie showing the size and effort, and he also answered questions on filter, panel lights, maintenance, etc. Good work and decent price.
