As a small Property Management Company and Real Estate Broker, we use Lester from Fair Price Appliance Repair Services for all our appliance repair needs. He will communicate directly with tenants to agree a mutually convenient time, repairs are done efficiently and affordably whilst maintaining our business service expectations. His prices are always competitive and he will let me know if the unit is beyond economic repair. I trust him 100% and give him access to our Short Term homes when vacant, which saves someone needing to be there. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lester and his services.

Contacted them on Facebook marketplace...called them as they requested...he said he would call back but didnt...just called him to explain i needed freon for 1 of my 4 commercial units.. telling him what I needed somehow upset him he started stating A/C refrigeration diagnostic requirements...so I started over and said I believe I need freon...he then went into an unprofessional rant about how I should have addressed him.. at this point after being treated so unprofessionaly i ended the conversation...he called back my phone and threatened me and my family and stated he had my number and would find me...very childish and so unprofessional..but as you can see no reviews for years..avoid like the plague..

Veron (the owner of the company and one of the other 2 reviewers) was very rude when he came out to install a new AC unit on 12/12/19. Even said that if I didn't keep my dog (16 lb friendly little guy) out of his way that it wouldn't be his fault if he accidentally kicked him!!! -- The new ac unit had problems just 2 days after it was installed and although he said he'd get back over to see what was wrong with it, he never did. Then on 12/23, two days before Christmas, it stopped working. A brand new unit stopped working! He told me to turn it off and said he'd be out in a few days to fix it. So we were left with no AC for Christmas! He never apologized, nor seemed to care about anything other than not being bothered as he was enjoying the holidays. I would highly recommend not using this company.

Our service was excellent. Washer trouble fix right the first time.

Awful experience; the fix they did lasted 1 week; they offered 90 days warranty parts and labor; I have been calling them to come back to fix it with no success, they keep telling they'll call back, which never happened; today customer service just hung up on me; They do not have their own staff, they subcontract.

Microwave was fixed finally! Very affordable rates. You will not go wrong hiring them. Will surely recommend to my friends and family.

I needed a refrigerator repair near me and was happy to find this company. They were able to come out the same day and fix the problem quickly.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and clearly experienced. You can tell they take pride in their work.

When I made my appointment, I provided the service technician with the make and model of my Electrolux induction oven. We scheduled service for 8-11 the following day. At 10 am, I received a call that the scheduled technician wouldn't be available and asked if I wanted to reschedule with another technician from 3-4 that day. I agreed and the technician arrived at 4:15. He proceeded to take apart the induction range, spent some time flipping through the manual, and then told us that it was too complex and that he didn't want to risk looking further into the issue. After receiving no response to my message, I called DP Appliance again and the customer service representative read back the technicians notes that the issue was too complex and that we needed to call Electrolux. The customer service representative then explained that this type of stove was "too complex" for them to work on. I asked why DP Appliance accepted the job to begin with and he said that the service representative who scheduled the call didn't give the technician the model number and that they "don't normally" work on these types of stoves. Please be aware that this company subcontracts to technicians and will accept a job without confirming that they have a technician who is qualified to work on your specific make/model. Unfortunately, we now have further mechanical issues with the oven (it was just the range before). I made my appointment based on the online reviews and wanted to share this information to assist in a future decision. This is actually the first negative review of a company that I have ever written. Dr. Phillips Appliance provided only a partial refund for the service call and requested that I not post a negative review, as the service technician "did provide a diagnosis." I respectfully disagree and my compliant is that they should have never accepted the job to begin with as they were aware of the type of range that it was. They should have provided the technician with the information and the technician should have been up front that he didn't work on Electrolux induction stoves instead of trying to work on something that he was not qualified to do.

A disaster. The washer repair requested was the most basic of all, replacing a lid lock, easily self-diagnosed by referencing the digital code with the owner's manual. The representative was professional and courteous but spoke no English and was unable to communicate effectively with me. He looked confused and it seemed as if he had never seen a washer before, even though the repair is by far the most common. His opening was to request the owner's manual. I showed him the manual online and the diagnostic code for the lid lock. Because the lid lock issue was intermittent and did not display the error code while he was here, I showed a photo of the error message and then showed him the code definition on the manual. He then at my request agreed to purchase, and installed, the lid lock (a step any owner can do with time and the right-size tool, neither of which I had at the time). I attempted to use the washer moments after he left and within seconds a new error appeared, "low fill" meaning that the machine was not draining properly and could not be used. This is a 4 year old appliance that, other than the lid lock, was functioning perfectly. The "repair" he completed caused a new problem far worse as the washer was now inoperable. At my request, he returned 3 days later to investigate and after 30 minutes I went to check on the status (in the garage) and found the garage floor, and my belongings, soaked with water. He allowed water to drain onto the floor, and flow throughout to the entire length of the garage, without even letting me know even though I was 10 steps away inside the house. He had the control panel off and announced that the control panel needed to be replaced. In other words, he damaged my washer by replacing a simple part AND damaged hundreds of dollars of my personal property. I requested, and received, the money paid for the failed repair but the corporate owner (they apparently outsource the work to local contractors) refused to refund the cost of the initial visit and diagnosis, even after I disputed it with the credit card company and even though their representative was not competent, damaged my property, and could not complete a proper diagnosis.
So I am out $60 plus permanent damage to furniture and personal belongings stored in the garage and ended up buying a new washer anyway. I paid $60 for someone to damage my property AND break my washer. This is the exact opposite of a repair and the very last time I will ever try to have an appliance replaced. -
Our refrigerator was not cooling properly but this local repair service was able to come out right away. They were extremely professional and good at what they do. Even better, cost was extremely reasonable. This is a top notch business. I will recommend.
