Many thanks to Claudio Abrantes and his crew at Advance Design & Contractors. He supervised the demolition and subsequent reconstruction of a dividing privacy wall on our lanai, and his communication, responsiveness and attention to detail were really outstanding. My husband was a builder/developer prior to retirement and I was a project manager for a remodeling company, so we know good work when we see it. The work was executed flawlessly, and Claudio kept us informed every step of the way, even after an unanticipated delay that was beyond his control. Highly recommend!

This company does OUTSTANDING WORK. Claudio was the coordinator and did a Fantastic job communicating and coordinating all the Wall replacements on Villas in Phase 4. We couldn’t have asked for more information and understanding home owner needs. Everyone on their team went ABOVE AND BEYOND in their efforts. They were also capable of adjusting their efforts depending on special situations and needs. I would hire this team on ANY PROJECT.

The workers were also pleasant and made this experience much easier than I expected. They did excellent. Claudio was so pleasant to work with and an excellent ambassador telling all the residents that their lanai had to be torn apart and redone!

We had an outstanding experience with Claudio and Advanced Design & Contractors. Before the project, which was the replacement of an outside wall on behalf of our home builder, began Claudio came to our home and explained each step thoroughly. His team executed well and kept the work area neat and clean each evening. There was one issue regarding timing that was basically a miscommunication and Claudio acted quickly to resolve it to my complete satisfaction. Otherwise the job went smoothly and I am very happy with the results.
Based on this job I will not hesitate to recommend Advanced to neighbors or to hire them for a future project.

The guys did a fantastic job repairing/replacing the shiplap on my ceiling. They were hard working, professional and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Advance Design & Contractors.

When doing developer was having work done almost a year ago, the subcontractor punched a hole though the screen door. Previous subcontractors brought in to fix/replace the door looked and never returned. Advance was called in, looked at the situation, told me they would be here this day. Based upon my past experiences, I was totally surprised. Advance was here today, at the time I was told, and I believe the door is installed better than the original. Thank you for doing the job correctly and when you said.

Claudio was a delight to work with. He is friendly, conscientious, and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way. My outside paver patio is beautiful! I highly recommend him and his team.

Update - we actually had to get the pavers removed because once they dried, they were covered in specs which didn't match our other pavers even close. But Claudio was amazing about it. He did not blink an eye and he had the pavers removed and new ones put in that match beautifully. We are very happy.

We did a walk in. They were busy getting ready for an internal lunch meeting in their offices so we scheduled a visit. They arrived at our home, observed the situation, and promised to provide an estimate, but unfortunately, it was never delivered. It was a waste of time.

Reliable general contractor who did a great job from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and kept everything on track. Communication was clear, and the final work was high quality. Fair pricing and a smooth overall experience.
