Stonebridge Contracting was wonderful to work with, especially Nicole. I had my pool deck rebuilt by Kevin and John and could not be happier with the end results. This company actually cares about you being totally satisfied with the work or they fix it. Trust me....there were only a couple minor things that needed to be fixed.....like a couple boards that needed to be re-screwed and that is it. This is not a small deck by any means either....I am talking approximately 30' x 40' if not bigger.... I said minor...didn't I???? The next day they were there to correct it. It looks better than when I first had it built years ago....wish I knew Stonebridge back then....

I also had my kitchen counters spray painted....yes I said spray painted by Yegor and they look like granite. This is special paint so do not try this at home...it will not look the same. This saved me thousands of dollars and it looks fabulous. Another awesome contractor supplied by Nicole.
Thanks everyone for a job well done. I would recommend this company and the people Nicole suggested to anyone.....keep up the good work and customer service....you rock!!!

Stonebridge is not to be trusted. We signed a contract for an addition of a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom to our home in September 2016. They began the project in January 2017 and still have not completed the project 17 months later. We finally convinced Stonebridge to get us a new subcontractor, which they were blaming the whole time for the project, and after the new subcontractor has started with us, we have still not made any progress. They also hire subcontractors that do work without proper permits before starting, in our case specifically it was for plumbing and AC installation. Ryck Lessman, the owner of Stonebridge, never returns calls or text messages when situations of leaks and personal property damages were brought to his attention. Check the Better Business Bureau website for other examples of home owners with issues while using Stonebridge.

Stonebridge Contracting has been a disappointment since the contract was signed.

1. They did not inform us they would be using a subcontractor.
2. They made verbal promises to get the contract signed and then refused to follow-through after the contract was signed.
3. They demanded a second draw for work completed, which in fact was not completed. Then refused to provide a refund of the draw weeks afterwards when the work still was not completed.
4. Workers were not on-site daily to complete the project timely.
5. I requested a detailed schedule of the work in advance to notify residents, this was not provided until after the work scheduled, thus not able to inform the residents timely.

I would not recommend this company.

Luis is the best. His team works quickly and are all very accommodating.

Reckless driver.

They came in to install new sidewalks in the neighborhood and damaged 4 sprinklers and the mailbox and don’t answer their phone to remediate the issue.

Stay far away! Horrible sloppy workmanship and issues continue popping up.
