Took too long. Damaged personal property. Cut corners. Make sure contract is detailed and covers what was promised. Their word is not to be trusted. Elvis Shena was the subcontractor.

Took our large deposit despite knowing they were going bankrupt and then we never heard back from them. Total scam artists. Cost us months of headaches and thousands of dollars lost on top of their deposit, which they essentially stole from us knowing they weren't going to do the job.

By far the WORST. Used inside materials for outside. Day 1 when project completed called them out to look how awful of a job they did. Called and called and called to complain complain complain. Refused to fix the issues. Spoke to everyone including the owner of the company who wouldn’t fix their mistake because “that contractor no longer works with us”.

Hired Stonebridge Contracting to install a doorway at the top of our steps to a connecting room. This estimator gave me a ridiculous quote, then after seeing my face changed it in confusion. Called to speak with the owner and he could care less!

Cant believe i got scammed. A year ago i made a request for a second floor renovation, everytime i called they said that they were waiting for the community approval. BS. They knew they were going to go bankrupt and kept telling me to wait. A f*** year. Now, i wont be able tk get my downpayment back.

There's only one person I would trust in my home and that's Elvis and his team, he has been more then someone who worked on my home, he has became a trusted friend to me and all of my whole family. His work has been precise and detailed. It may take along time but it's worth it. Thank you Elvis!!

We have had 2 leaks in our bathroom and today l found a 3rd. We're going to have to pay to have a REAL plumber fix their mess. I wish Google had 0 stars to represent the quality of plumbing we've received. Don't use this company!!!

I bought my first house! There were things that needed to be touched up, being it is an older house but the floors were just awful! Stonebridge came in and replaced the whole house with beautiful wood flooring. They were very kind and made sure I was happy with their services. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks guys!

This company I would suggest you stay away from. I have a small guest bathroom I Needed remodel. It was done incorrectly. Even their own associate by the name of Michael said it needed to be redone. I have call several times to talk to the owner Rick and have been given the run around. I have no other choice now to involve the court systems which will involve more money and more my time. please do your research so you can see all of the complaints on a Better Business Bureau against them.

With just one picture, Stonebridge Contracting not only gave me my dream bathroom, but made our decision easy for all future home improvements. The process was easy and we truly appreciate how accommodating the team was during the whole process. Thank you so much Stonebridge!!

Stonebridge is bankrupt.Thank god!I just received the letter in the mail today 9/4/2018.I don't have to deal with these clowns anymore.I can have some real professionals finish the job.Its been a year and the roof is still not completed by these losers.And definitely run if you hear the name dynamic real estate. There is supposed to finish our skylights months ago and still did not finish the job. And the attic door they cut in a wrong spot. And use scraps from a garbage pile to try to frame it out so if you hear the name Dynamic real estate run. This is the worst customer service and treatment we've ever experienced from any company ever. And the majority of people we've had to deal deal with.I do not know how you sleep at night.May God have mercy on your soul, if you had one to begin with.

The team at Stonebridge Contracting responded quickly after my rental home in Waterford Lakes needed bathroom repairs. They had a licensed contractor out and he did a terrific job remodeling the entire bathroom. I felt like they put in the extra effort regardless of the scale of the project.

This company stole $5,000.00 dollars of my hard-earned money. Just a few months before they went into bankruptcy they asked for a $5,000.00 deposit on a bathroom remodel job, before they would even start the scope of work. We attended the bankruptcy hearing and found dozens of people in the same boat as us, many of whom lost even more than we did. From everything I heard this was a total washout - the company had NO assets - didn't even own their own computers or building, so nobody will get a penny back and the idiot who owned - and completely mismanaged the company gets to walk! This has made us very cynical and afraid to deal with another contractor. Shame to you, Sir, in my estimation you are no more than a common thief.

Having a very demanding schedule, I truly appreciate Stonebridge Contracting’s dream team for their outstanding effort to get two projects done in perfect timing for me. The pavers in my driveway are beautiful, and I am already planning a party so I can show everyone the immaculate fire pit. I would highly recommend Stonebridge Contracting for any project that you might have. They have a professional five-star team that provides superior customer service. I am looking forward to seeing the results on the second contract I just signed with them on my summer kitchen. I can’t wait to utilize and maximize my outdoor living space.

I'm thankful Stonebridge Contracting came highly recommended to my family! The service that I have received at my house has been absolutely friendly, professional, fast, and amazing quality work. We will defintley be utilizing their services again when my husband and I decide to sell our current home and start the process of building a new home next year.

Unfortunately, this wasn't a pleasant experience over all.

Roof work: They initially underestimated the total cost and later tried to argue that it was more of a favor. They couldn't process payments efficiently. In addition, I found out that three companies were handling my account. Subcontractor "Middle man" (TED Contracting) was the worst, defensive, argumentative, and with no integrity whatsoever.

I waisted a lot of time going back and forth trying to get thing resolved. I gave them two starts because my calls were taken and addressed accordingly by the office team who tried their best to compensate for the poor work done on the field and by management. Owner never reached to addressed my concerns after requesting a call. Stonebridge failed to protect its customer's relations and let its subcontractors run the show.

Stonebridge did an amazing job of remodeling my master bath. It was 16 years old so definitely in need of a remodel. All of the office staff are very nice and professional. And contractor Alexie was the best! He and his co-worker James were extremely professional, respectful, courteous and punctual. They would place paper on the floor each morning to preserve my hardwood floors. They cleaned up the worksite before leaving each evening. They paid attention to detail in order to give me the master bath of my dreams. I would definitely recommend Stonebridge Contracting for any remodel job.
