H2O not only took care of our community sidewalks and other common areas as requested but also offered additional services to homeowners ... at a discount! I would actually give them a 10 out of 5!

They did a great job on cleaning and sealing my stone driveway and walkway… they also soft washed the front of my house and my gutters so that the dirt that had accumulated there was washed away… I have a 2 story house so this was difficult for me to do on my own and I was very pleased with the results… I plan on having them come back and wash my Spanish roof tiles as well… for all of those that want to and aren’t able to do this work on their own… this is a great and affordable option… they help keep your residence HOA compliant if that is something that applies to you… very happy customer!

I had my hangar washed by Javier at H20 PowerTek, I haven’t had it washed since 2 years ago and now it looks like nothing happened. He provided great service with amazing results I highly recommend his service.

Called them out to wash my house which had needed a thorough cleaning due to overgrown vegetation and trees dumping a ton of pollen everywhere leading to mold that needed special attention.

The house looks like a new paint job and the white areas are bright and fresh. The mold and pollen is all gone and my house for lack of a better term looks “happy” again.

They gave me a great price as a veteran and even did a bit of extra tagged on raking for me for free to make sure it was all clean and presentable. The HOA was also impressed.

We set an appointment for them to come back in a year and they gave a discount for future visits on top of everything, 6/5 stars if possible.

Amazing work!!! My driveway is under a huge tree and and it usually gets covered with mounts of pollen. Yep, mounts.
I couldn’t remove all the stains myself since the debris was sitting on my driveway for some time.
These guys left my driveway/side walk white as snow.

H2O PowerTek did a great job cleaning my driveway, sidewalks, house (which had a lot of mold on the front) and stucco fence in the backyard. They even washed at couple other small things for me at no charge. They communicated well, showed up on time and finished quickly. Every time I come home, I enjoy the benefit of what they did. I will definitely use them again in the future.
