The technician showed up on time and was polite, courteous and respectful of my property. He got right down to the task and worked diligently until he was done. I didn't think the furniture was 'that dirty', but could see the difference when he was done. Excellent job. Thank you

Everything was booked when I called but they had a cancellation and offered it to me, I was grateful for that. The cleaner was on time and that is a plus! He never asked what service I needed/wanted. I didn't like that the cleaner assumed that because I have a pet that I needed a pet cleaning solution. The solution had a very strong scent to it that I was not pleased with. My pet is trained and has her own sofa. My pet doesn't go on my sectional. So the solution used was not needed. I did like that the sectional dried up quickly.

Suyen was very responsive to my call, when my 3 story townhouse stairs were soaked with water from a dishwasher being replaced. I decided from their affordability that I would go ahead and just do the whole house 🏡! Alex came on time, spent extra time on 3 flights of stairs, treated my carpet for pet odor and stains and was kind, very professional! I would recommend them highly and will be definitely using them again when I get my sofa cleaned. (He noticed that it was something they could do without me having to ask). Very informative!

After a quick search, and then phone call, to see if they could clean and bring back to life a white leather sectional I was recently given, I had an appointment within 24 hours of said call. The service agent was beyond punctual. Arriving at my home 10 minutes early. He was kind and courteous and explained to me the process. It took longer than I expected, but that’s fine because the service agent put elbow grease into making sure that myself and guests would enjoy sitting or sleeping on the sectional. The price was affordable ($190) and I even tipped.

I’ll be using Toucan Cleaning Services going forward. I have a white porcelain tiled walk-in shower that I know is going to need their assistance with in the future. I usually don’t leave reviews, but it was in my spirit to leave my testimony for a job well done.

They did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. I don’t remember his name but he was efficient and took his time with difficult areas. High recommend I have been using them for over 7 years. You will not be disappointed. 10/10!
