I have witnessed first hand how terrible this company is to franchise owners. They talk big in order to get you to invest your hard earned money. They will promise the world but in the end JanPro will turn their backs on you. This is one of the biggest swindles in the cleaning business. This has nothing to do with the people who clean, they may be doing a fantastic job keeping your business clean but the company itself is dirty. They do not treat franchise owners with respect and dignity beware of these people. BTW i dont lnow how many negative reviews they have but i do know if an owner writes a negative review they threaten to retaliate. I do not work for them, so there is nothing they can do :p stop being evil!

Excellent job! Kayla was friendly and quick to respond. Brandon was exceptional! Cleaned our office top to bottom and left the place spotless!

We used Jan Pro in Miami FL and needed a company to do work for us in Daytona Beach FL. They were the first one I thought of to fill that need. Great company to solve your problems.

I am completely disappointed in this company and their services. I am the manager of a reputable company in Lake County and one of our laptops were stolen from our office from this crew the week before I had asked to switch crews due to the lack of cleanliness of my office. Police reports were filed and the owner, Michelle, was notified. She seemed sincere in that she wanted to resolve the issue and refund me for the missing laptop. Months go by and no refund and because because I didn't have "proof" that it was them. Michelle admitted that the 1st crew that was cleaning had hired UNAUTHORIZED people to clean my office. Basically these people didn't have a background check done and was allowed access to my facility. SCARY! The 2nd crew that JanPro hired for my office was constantly missing things and would have to come back to clean. When I wanted to cancel services because they do a TERRIBLE JOB cleaning they won't cancel and read lines from the contract. Basically I'm stuck in a contract with a crew who doesn't clean properly AND this will be the 3rd crew they have hired for me. I wish we never hired this company.

We love using Jan Pro- they are extremely friendly and easy to work with. We love the ease of scheduling and prompt attention to detail they provide.

I've been a Jan-pro franchise owner for 7 plus years, and I've had very little problems or trouble with the Orlando staff, they've always been very helpful and knowledgeable on building both of my locations, if they didn't have an answer for me, right away, they always got back to me with one ASAP., so I'm very grateful and humble, I look forward to working with them for many more years to come.

I appreciate the quick response to any issues that we're having. I also appreciate that there are checks and balances in place to ensure that those who clean our building are meeting or exceeding our level of expectations. Any time we've noticed an area that was missed, the supervisor and franchise owner are not only quick to respond, but immediately correct the issue.
