Thali and Janeth came and did a move out clean on my one bedroom apartment. I’ll be honest, it was quite messy as I knew they were coming and slacked off the weeks before moving. Even when it took almost 45 minutes to get into the unit, they remained positive and helpful. They did a fantastic job! They missed nothing and I’d recommend them over and over again! If I ever need a cleaning service, I would consider them first! Great job! 👏🏼

We started with Her Magesty Cleaning Services a few weeks ago with a deep cleaning prior to beginning reoccurring service. Over the last few weeks, everything has been perfect. Three service techs performed a whirlwind of a deep cleaning at first, picking up grease and grime that had been hiding for years. And since then, every week with our regular tech has been just as great. They have been timely and professional the entire time, as well as super friendly. They are easy to get ahold of through their website or a text message, and usually reply very quickly if something comes up. Their prices are very fair and the quality of the work has been amazing. I really wonder why we hadn't done this sooner. We appreciate Her Magesty Cleaning Service so much! Thank you!

Her Majesty’s Cleaning Service has been cleaning our home for two years and we are extremely pleased with their service. Their employees are professional, timely, thorough, and trustworthy. Our cleaning tech, Erika, is very pleasant, and courteous. She respects our home as if it were her own, which we greatly appreciate.

Before I found this company I had a wonderful housekeeper we lost. I spent much time searching for someone who did half as well as she did. Her Majesty has been cleaning for me for about a year. I am very picky and I am very happy.
Here are some reasons you should absolutely give them a chance:
1. They are flexible and reliable. They have canceled 0% of my cleanings.
2. They are trustworthy. I prefer to have the same person in my home each week however I have had about four people inside my home to clean over the year. I would trust each one of them in my home and around my children and family. I am a very untrusting person so that speaks volumes.
3. The one or two times I have had a small problem, I have contacted management and they have immediately made things right.
4. They do a great job. Tali is an absolute pleasure to have in our home. She goes above and beyond every week and has quickly become a part of our family. It's the best day of my dog's life every week when she comes and the baby loves her too 😂 You will be so lucky if you can get on Tali's schedule

Jennifer is doing a great job with cleaning our home! Especially owning a husky with lots of fur! Her Majesty’s is always so good about responding to us and everyone makes the service so easy. Tali is the best!

I would have given this place a better review because the cleaning lady herself was super nice and did a pretty good job, however the owner is extremely unprofessional and if they break anything they will not take accountability and try to blame you for it there will be no reimbursements or attempts to fix it just gaslighting and avoiding. Something on the cleaners rag or in the cleaner that they used scratched up one of my mirrors and they refuse to fix it after a year of saying that they would fix it because now they want to tell me they think my cat did it. I have three other mirrors in the house none of them are scratched none of them were cleaned by the cleaning lady. The owner's name is Jennifer and she is probably the worst person to work with.

Miss Tangi was excellent and very dedicated to providing the best possible service. She takes pride in her work. And leaves our home spotless.

The service is received from Her Majesty Cleaning was everything I hoped for and the team was so professional. They actually seemed to love their job - so refreshing!! Love the little touches with kitchen towels and toilet paper flowers - but especially appreciated the 'sanitized' bands in the bathroom. I don't know why I waited so long to switch!!
