We had an awesome experience working with Matt Sank and ATD! First, I appreciated the fact that they responded to our request for quote in a timely fashion. Others we contacted never even bothered to respond! ATD is also a licensed and insured company, which definitely raised our confidence in them. They showed up at the scheduled time, were friendly and did a fantastic job on our home! I would not hesitate use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs window cleaning. They definitely live up to their name "Attention to Detail!"

Horrible horrible. I told him my kids spilled milk all over my living room carpet I showed him the area of where it happen so he can hit those spots more thoroughly. He finished really fast also when he was spraying the cleaning solution or what it was supposed to be (which now from the smell was recycled dirty water) he left and said give it about 6-8 hour's to dry I left to Disney with my kids and got back later around 12 midnight (so we was gone for more then that) when we got back it smelled horrible. I called him back and told him about the smell he then told me that it needs a flush for the pads(extra 50) under the carpet and then explained that he should've asked how much milk was spilled. So I was in need of getting it clean ASAP because we had inspection for the complex,he stated he was booked till Thursday is the earliest he can make it smh. Problem is the complex is inspection tomorrow so I took Matter into my own hands and lifted up the carpet noticed the pad under stunk so bad so I cut the whole area out replaced with new pad and layered the carpet back down. Noticed the smell almost went away so I called him back to let him know his job was not properly done cause the carpet still stunk which should've been properly doing the first time. He told me sorry and came back Thursday. Here we are on Friday after he done it and it smells worst then the first time by. Would never recommend . 200 plus later and my carpet smells worst then when I fixed it myself

He went out of his way to help me in a hurry, arrived on time, and did a great job in spite of being short handed for the day. Our condo is on the 2nd floor so he had to go through a window to bring in the hose but thankfully I was able to get the parking space right below our window so that was not a problem. Price was very reasonable!

They were fabulous! Very professional and fit us in with very little notice in New Year's Eve. Our carpet and tile floors looks brand new! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
