Excellent service they pull it off like magic I wasn’t even home my wife was by herself and this guy went out of his way with his two kids to help my wife move furniture around to get the job done 100% love it. To start the cleaners were over two hours late. The carpet was left soaked after cleaning and took 2 days to totally dry out. The carpet now had a mildew moldy smell it never had before. It did look ok when they left. When the carpet dried every spot they took out came back, plus spots that were never there in the first place showed up,I'm not sure how that could even happen. I also noticed that there was blistering on the baseboards, that probably happened from leaving all that water behind on the carpet. The price was $100 more than I originally was quoted over the phone. They told me that over the phone they only give basic cleaning price and the services I needed were extra, stain treatments were extra, plus protector was extra. I wish they gave me a total price in the first place over the phone because I would have never used them in the first place. I called back to complain and no one ever called me back and that was over 3 weeks ago. Its probably best they didn't come back. They probably would have made it worse or damaged the base boards more. I called chemdry out to see if they could fix it, and they told me there was nothing they could do the carpet was damaged and I should replace it. I just put new carpet in three years ago. Its a sad situation that just turned into a $3000 bill that I will have to pay over the holidays.

Whatever carpet cleaning service your about to call..please hang up and call Alex .. He is awesome..his rates are good and my carpets look better than any other time I've had my carpet cleaned.. Not to mention he was done in an hour! Definitely gonna be my go to cleaners from here on out! Thank you Alex!!

OMG !!!! That's all I have to say about this company !!! I had roommates who lived in my master bedroom & had a pitbull , when they moved out the carpet was filled with black & pee stains from every square inch in the room . They messed up the carpet of my stair case & including the hall way . I called Alex he gave me a price which was An AWESOME amount ! He came I asked him to clean another room he gave the price & I was like OMG ! For 2 room , hallway & staircase for 155$ you can't beat that . After the cleaning the carpets looked as if they were brought from the store !!!! Brand new . Most deff will call him again !!!!! He's the BEST !!!! Thank you Alex .

I just read this so called review that was posted by Terry Washington. It is obvious to me that this is a fake review, very likely posted by Chem Dry or another competitor.

I am also in the carpet cleaning business and would like to point out that the owner of this company is highly knowledgeable in the care, maintenance, and cleaning of carpets. His expertise is sought out by other professionals like myself.

So please know if you use this company, you're dealing with the best of the best. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

This review is in response to Terry Washington's review of Rhino Power. I've not used Rhino power's services. I am a fellow Carpet Cleaner and Owner of my own company in Texas.

I believe this to be a false review meant to discredit Rhino and other Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning) companies. I've known the owner of Rhino from online communities for well over a year. He is well known and respected throughout the professional community. He consistently provides helpful insight and instruction concerning the cleaning process to less experienced cleaners and is an innovator in design of carpet cleaning equipment whose improvements in design have been implemented by major manufacturers.

Ms. Washington's review contains inconsistencies with reality that are typical untruths bandied about by the company she claims she called to remedy the situation. Every spot came back? Baseboards blistered from the water? Nothing can be done? Essentially these are scare tactics by companies that use methods other than the one suggested by all leading carpet manufacturers (Hot Water Extraction), which is the method Rhino employs.

I also find it interesting that Ms. Washington has only 3 reviews, all posted in the last week (all on Sept 18th), and all negative. This is a typical strategy used by unscrupulous companies to harm their competitors. This problem is rampant in the carpet cleaning industry, and in many other industries.

I recommend that a potential customer who is concerned over Ms. Washington's review take a look at the many positive reviews Rhino Power has over the internet and take my comments into consideration.

My carpet had to be changed, it was really old and really DIRTY so i hired Alex and believe me when i said that he made a miracle with the carpet, it was stained really bad and it came really clean, it was reasonable with the price trust me that was a tough job. I highly recommend his work. Im going to call him again in a couple of months for the same because i believe it coulb be even better next time. Thank u Alex

First off Alex called and came early which was great for me. I have 4 dogs and my carpet was in dire need of cleaning. Well Alex used this rhino power thing that scrubbed the carpet. My carpet looks like it did almost 8 years ago when it was installed. I would definitely call these guys next time I need my carpet cleaned.

My mom pased away and we traveled to Orlando to get her house put on the market. We had a cheep company come out first and do a carpet cleaning. That was a mistake, the cleaning took nothing out. We hired Rhino cleaners the following weekend to do the job again, they did get the carpet much much cleaner and removed lots of the stains the other guys didn't get out. Just seems like they were in a rush, and if they spent a little more time they could have done a better job. Overall we were not impressed with either company. We wasted 4 hours of driving on two different days, and in the end we had to replace the carpet anyways. I gave them one star because the first company was no good at all.

I have used other carpet cleaning services, but Rhino is the only one I will ever use from now on. I have used them twice now for my whole house. I have expensive white Berber carpet throughout. The tremendous advantage of Rhino is their machine. Compared to other companies, it’s like a Ford Shelby Cobra compared to a Fiat. At first, I used a popular company – not sure I am allowed to name them. I had sympathized with the kids trying to get stain areas clean(unsuccessfully). I figured that after all these years, the carpet just turned that color and nothing could be done about it. I was surprised when Rhino got all the stains out like it was nothing. The owner, Alex, will come out in person. This is his business and he takes interest in it. I am impressed that he has made improvements to his great carpet machine and has worked with the manufacturer. This is far different than having kids come over who are mainly interested in whipping out the job and getting paid.

I have decided to add the following to all my reviews:
Beware! Some "reviewers" will trash a product for no reason simply because they are paid to do so or because they sell competitive products. Other "reviewers" will give products - that they have never seen and never used - glowing 5 star ratings - for a fee. Some honest reviewers do not understand what a product is for or how to use it and will trash a product simply because they are just plain dumb. And the biggest of companies have been heavily fined for hiring an army of “reviewers” to review their products.

My carpets look brand new! Alex took his time and cleaned everything thoroughly.. Any stains we had are completely gone and carpet looks bright and CLEAN! Very happy and would use RHINO POWER again hands down. ;)

We have been using Rhino Power for the past 3 years and Love their work. They do a fantastic job. They clean our carpets and furniture better than anyone other company. We highly recommend them to everyone!!!

We just bought a new home and the previous owners did not maintain the carpet. It had some stains and was overall pretty dirty. I decided to call Alex because of the reviews and was so pleased with the results. He was extremely personal and made our carpets look brand new. We were so happy that we used Alex for our previous townhome that we had just moved out of. I was not expecting the carpets to look as great as they did. I felt great turning the townhome over to the landlord. Landlord said carpets looked brand new! We will definately continue to use Alex for future maintenance.

Well I called a company out to clean my carpets and they completely flaked in me they came in started my carpets and then told me they couldn’t do. I called Alex and had a appointment the next they came in and did a awesome job! My carpets look brand new. I am very pleased with my experience and if I ever need any work done I will be calling.

We recently had our Vacation Beach Rental cleaned by Rhino Power. I must make it clear that this is a weekly Rental that apparently hosted some wild parties over the summer, as our sand colored carpets were horribly stained and just absolutely filthy! No problem for Rhino Power! It was amazing what they were able to do when cleaning our carpets and we would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family! Thank you. Hope this review helps.

·I am responding to the two fake, bad reviews on this business profile. I am a relative and employee of the owner of Rhino Power and have knowledge of what is going on here. Somebody has targeted Rhino Power, for whatever reason and the reviews from "Gary Drelle" and "Terry Washington" are not customers of ours. "Gary Drelle" also attacked another orlando carpet cleaning business. The "Terry Washington" review is ridiculous and what is described, never happened. It is way over the top and obviously a fake. The owner of Rhino Power is one of the best known and respected carpet cleaners in the country. He teaches his employees the importance of doing the highest quality work possible and continues to instill this trait in us. He also still works in a van and is very in tune with new technology and ideas. He is directly involved with the development of Mytee carpet cleaning machines and lots of his ideas and designs are incorporated in their newest models. This is not somebody who would over-wet carpets and do poor quality work.

Please do not reward this malicious person for placing two bad reviews on our listing. We do everything we can to make our customers happy.

Super professional and courteous. Had two dogs in the house for almost two years that made some dark carpet stains and they came right out. Alex was fast, courteous and his pricing can't be beat. Going to recommend friends and family and definitely use them the next time.

I recently bought a house and needed the carpets cleaned. The guys from Rhino Power were friendly and explained the different options for cleaning my carpet. It took about an hour to do the 3 rooms. We even chatted as they cleaned and he explained how the machine worked. After cleaning, the carpet was a few shades lighter and I was pleased. Drying time for me was about 24 hours but that varies depending on how low you are willing to turn down the air conditioner temperature. I set mine to 78 because I didn't mind waiting and saving electricity. I'm sure if I cranked it down to 72 they would have been dry in a less time. These guys are good and I would certainly recommend them.
