UPDATE- Just a follow up from last year, we continue to use the service, Clean, Mess, Repeat, because she, Micaela, is reliable, trustworthy, and pays attention to detail! She is also friendly and personable making her very easy to work with. It's so nice to come home to a clean house knowing "Micaela's been here!" Truly improving our quality of life. Again, highly recommend!

We have had the pleasure of servicing from Clean, Mess, Repeat every other week for a few years now. Micaela and her team have been consistently dependable. We’re pretty picky/specific about how we like things. She listens to any concerns and reacts quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend!

Even though we live out of the area I could hear Mika talking with such confidence and it made me feel like she was going to be a great fit! I had a great experience with this cleaning service! The owner was professional, had excellent communication skills, and spoke English fluently which made everything so easy. Scheduling was a breeze thanks to her flexibility and accommodating nature. As for the cleaning itself, they did a great job, taking care to move things around and clean thoroughly, even in hard-to-reach areas. Highly recommend!

Mikka and her team do an excellent job in my apartment, taking care of every detail and leaving it clean and organized. They speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese which makes things much easier, highly recommended!

Moved into a condo this past week, so I wanted to get a deep cleaning before moving stuff in. A lady named Samantha came to clean and she did an AMAZING job and was super detailed just like I asked. Her and I got along and it was an overall happy experience. I would recommend this company :)

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience — especially given the high cost and the fact that I specifically chose this company because of their great reviews. I realize I may be one of the only people with a negative experience, but I’m okay with that because I’m being honest.

I paid $230 for two hours of cleaning, and from start to finish, the service just didn’t meet my expectations. I was rescheduled twice, and my time was changed more than once. The original cleaner was no longer available, so another was found last minute. When she arrived, she brought her daughter with her, which I tried not to judge — I don’t know her personal situation. Still, the overall process did not feel professional or well-managed.

After the cleaning, I noticed that several basic things had not been done: dishes weren’t washed, my bed wasn’t made, and areas like my plant were still dusty. For the amount I paid, I expected a much more thorough job. Honestly, I could have done most of it myself.

I followed up with the manager, who agreed the job wasn’t done well and promised she would personally come back to fix it within the same week. She never followed up. No refund. No communication. It really felt like once they got my money, that was it.

I think this company might be better suited for quick clean-ups or move-out cleanings — not deep cleaning. If you’re looking for a detailed, thorough clean, this isn’t it. For me, it ended up being a completely pointless and frustrating experience.

She responded right away, was very fair priced and showed me all the detail places that she cleaned via video and standard pictures as well. My new apartment started off looking disgusting, almost every surface needed a bit of love and they did a very good job making it feel usable and sanitary. They also worked well as we were moving in loads of furniture and bags, coming in and out, getting in there way, and making more of a mess while they cleaned.
