Needed cleaners last minute for a move out. Clean Mess Repeat was able to have two cleaners at my residence in less than 24 hrs. They did an excellent job. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely use their service again.

She took the time to do a video call which helped in giving a more accurate quote. Then Priscilla and her team came and left my home spotless. They were flexible with my availability as well. Amazing service! I needed a last minute cleaning after recent home renovations. My in laws announced they were coming to visit last minute and Mica the owner handled the entire process from booking to execution with so much grace. The ladies did a wonderful job cleaning and now I don’t have to worry. Definitely recommend them for a deep last minute clean!

This company is amazing! I called around for pricing and assistance for my annual inspection cleaning and they made sure to take care of my request instantly. From the first call, I was met with extreme professionalism. I requested same day service and the representative worked as hard as they could to try to honor it. I would book 200 times again as they are extremely trustworthy and they stick with their price. No surprise charges, no bait and switch, and no late arrivals. 5/5

Mika was in communication with us to set up the first cleaning in our home. We have had cleaners for 4 years and then they had an ownership change and we opted to hold off with them. We contacted Mika and everything seemed to go well, I appreciated her response and mention of thoroughness/attention to detail. We really want that in cleaners with young kids..
fast forward her price of the home was coming in pretty high or on the higher average side. Our old company told us $250 and she gave us $400 but again with her mentioning the details we had high expectations. For the record two maids said $425 for the first time so it was pretty much the same as cooperate. We wanted a deep clean and then if we were happy, continue with monthly services.

The day they were suppose to come the cleaner Samantha had something come up and she couldn’t clean anymore. It was within the hour of arrival they canceled. We were told we’d get a discount for the inconvenience a they’d be there the next day instead. We weren’t told what discount amount but ok, next day comes and they start. I get a text saying my house is cleaner than they expected and I said great! Does that mean it’s cheaper than estimated? And she said yes absolutely because it’s less to do. Ok great!
Well end of day comes and she tells me we owe $300. I had already paid the $100 non refundable fee so $300+ $100 is $400. I asked her where the discount want because that’s the full amount. After reviewing again she said she forgot we sent over the required deposit and we owe $200. So ok great it was $300 that’s $100 less than anticipated thanks to our house being cleaner already and whatever they gave us for the delay in cleaning.

We get home to review the house because they finished while we were at sports for kids, and several things were completely missed. Our sons room trash can not emptied, part of his floor not vacuumed or mopped, his bed unfinished, downstairs the air hockey table wasn’t wiped off, backsplash in the kitchen, bathrooms beside the toilet:wall and behind not cleaned, bed frame left dusty, leather couch not wiped off or at least spot cleaned, the back door not wiped off from smudges and mud on the door, the floor wasn’t cleaned, I could truly go on. I sent her videos and pictures. I was told she’d get back with me but that wasn’t normal for even a regular cleaning. That she was sorry and she actually wasn’t feeling her best (Mika) when she came with Samantha. We’ve been waiting for them to let us know when they’d be coming back to fix it. She sends audio messages that disappear and I feel like she forgets half of what she tells me and then everything changes.

It’s been 13 days since they came and I got a text today saying because they gave me discounts they felt it was good and if I want them to come out and fix it AKA finish the job they will tell me how much it will cost.
Excuse me WHAT! You didn’t do the job you were hired to do and set the price to charge me and now I have to pay more for you to fix it?!

I asked several times before the job to come out and price me. She had be send a video and then told me my house was better than she thought. Why she thinks applying a discount means to not do the job correctly is beyond me.

Mika is professional and dedicated. She communicates very well and is transparent about the entire process. Her team was friendly, punctual and thorough. They did a great job and made sure we approved before leaving. We are very happy with their service and would recommend
