We had an amazing experience with Nature Cleaning Services! Their team was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure our building was absolutely spotless. From top to bottom, every detail was taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows. Highly recommend them for any cleaning needs, we will definitely be using them again!

I've recently started using Nature Cleaning Services to keep my house clean. One of reasons I chose them was because of the fact that they use natural products. Since I have asthma, and cats that was very important to me. In talking to the owner I was impressed with his concern in making sure that my needs would be met.
After several visits I am more than pleased. I have the same cleaners every week, and they are very talented and friendly. If I ask them to make a small change that week they are very accommodating. I was not sure how I would feel about having someone coming into my home to do cleaning, but it has turned out to be one of my best decisions!

Absolutely blown away by Nature Cleaning Services! The team was incredibly efficient, hardworking, and detail-oriented! Every corner of my home was spotless, and it never felt more inviting.

What really stood out was the personalized touch. The owner, Andre, is fantastic—he personally came by to understand my needs and ensured every detail was covered.

We terminated this company after reviewing the owner’s own written statements and confirming how our pool was being serviced. We used them for four pool cleanings, which was more than enough before we cancelled. Based on that experience, we will not be using this company for home cleaning services either.

I understand this page primarily contains home cleaning reviews for Nature Cleaning Services. However, pool cleaning is an add-on service offered by the same owner, paid through the same method so it is appropriate to leave this review here.

After noticing there were no tablets in the floating dispenser and expecting actual chemical readings from a professional service, we asked for our CYA and free chlorine numbers.

Owner, Andre Mattos, who personally performed all four visits, responded:
“I used to use instruments to measure the level of chlorine, but since I’ve been doing this for a while, I could just tell by if the water is foggy or clear.”

He also wrote:
“Usually in cold weather the chlorine last longer, so it’s not necessary to raise the levels too high. Sometimes I don’t put tabs at all and others a very small amount.”

And when we pointed out there were no tablets in the dispenser:
“I just put a very small amount, mostly powder.”

Pool chemistry is not determined by whether water looks “foggy or clear.” It is determined by measured chemical levels. After receiving that explanation directly from the owner, we immediately terminated service.

Our exterior cameras show that during these four visits, the pool was skimmed, vacuumed, and what looked like chlorine was added. There was no visible chemical testing before chemicals were added. There was also no inspection of the pool equipment (pump, filter, heater, or plumbing).

We then had the water professionally tested at a pool supply store. We were informed that the chlorine level was excessively high and were given a plan to rebalance the chemistry.

Scheduling was also an issue. After he missed a cleaning and did not offer to make it up, he said we could deduct it from the next month, but when we did, the owner wrote:
“What I do to other customers is just request a flat fee doesn’t matter how many weeks are in the month. But sometimes I will need to skip a cleaning specially on weather conditions since it’s outside of my control. For example, freezing conditions, hurricane season, or heavy rain.”

We were not comfortable with that structure and changed to a per-week agreement so missed cleanings would be deducted, which he agreed to. This way we could hold him accountable for showing up.

When an owner says he no longer uses instruments and instead “can tell” by looking at the water, that speaks for itself.

Homeowners can decide whether that is the level of care they are comfortable paying for. For us, it was unacceptable.

I was pleased with the job done by Nature Cleaning Services. The two ladies were very efficient and made sure everything was cleaned properly. My home was left with a nice clean fresh smell. We are scheduling again with this service.

I have nothing but great words for Andre and team. From the first interaction he was extremely transparent and honest about what he can and can’t do. Then it came time for the cleaning and wow what a fantastic job. Everything was done extremely well. I hired the team for a move in cleaning and it was beyond expectations. I’m calling Andre for all my home cleaning needs.

The staff today thorough job of cleaning and everything smelled great for days after they left. The service is amazing. They practice great communication to make sure I got what I wanted in each room they cleaned. Scheduling is easy and the price is very fair for the amount of work they do. They went above and beyond.

SAB Cleaning did a great job with my apartment when I was moving out! It can be a stressful time and, thanks to them, it was one less thing to worry about.

I called SAB for a last minute move-in cleaning and they were very accommodating and responsive. They sent someone out that afternoon and the cleaner was punctual and did a nice job.

This was my first time using a cleaning service. The work was daunting for me alone so I took the route of hiring a professional and was not disappointed. The person that came was meticulous, worked extremely hard and did an outstanding job overall. Very pleased.

If I could give 0 stars. I was originally quoted for $220 for deep cleaning and then They wanted to charge my additional $300+ to organize and to even be able to clean. Left my front door unlocked after not even servicing my apartment. Very unprofessional
