The teams are very responsive to any questions or comments you may have and the folks they employ are always great! Highly recommend for anybody that's looking for recurring house cleaning. They also offer a plethora of additional services like deep cleans, window, and fridge cleaning for those odd jobs you never find time for.

Great price and service. The appliances, doors, tubs, fans, cabinets, windows, blinds, etc was sparkling clean and the cleaner also put in some personal touches of her own. I do reccomend them for your move in/out cleaning. I had also bought carpet washing with them. Great job 👏 👍

Very Disappointing. They seemed great at first and actual cleaning team was very good. But the owners are not trustworthy or reliable. My team had to leave the company. The company didn't tell me what was going on until after the fact. Then never offered a replacement team and never an apology even. Until I was already upset and brought it to their attention there was no apology. Even then it was a lame one. Doesn't show they care that much for their own business.

I had a great experience. My tenants moved and left me a dirty house that had not been cleaned in 4 years. SAB came and after the floors dried there were a few spots where some stubborn grime reappeared. SAB came back and made it right. I highly recommend.

We work with SAB Cleaning Services for both of our vacation rentals in Orlando. Since we self manage our rentals remotely we rely on Eduardo and his team heavily for boots on the ground services for cleaning and repairs. Eduardo and his team has taken great care of our rentals. Not only do they provide great quality cleaning, they also proactively inspect the house before each guest arrival and repair broken items as needed. The quality of care from SAB is miles above our previous property management company. If you self manage your vacation rentals (which I highly recommend, why pay 25% to property managers that do poor jobs?), Eduardo and his team are a great fit.

My daughter had an emergency and needed her house cleaned. I contacted SAB Cleaning Services via the completion of an online form at 7:30 in the morning. By 9 am I had an appointment for 1:30 that same day. The team member arrived on time and did an excellent and thorough job cleaning the house. She even left special touches throughout the house showing the pride in her life. The communication from the company was prompt and reactive. It was a terrible day for my daughter that was turned around by a company dedicated to doing great work.
