The quality of work was wonderful. There was an extensive buildup on my driveway, sidewalk and patio, but when the chemical treatment and pressure wash was complete, there was no trace of it.

I don’t like writing reviews but when I have an experience that is quite shocking, I like to share so others don’t make the same mistake I made. If you don’t want to read this long review, just know to only hire Daniel and his team for small pressure washing projects. Warning: Never hire him to do anything else to your house, especially if you have a big house.

I was looking for someone to do epoxy on the bathroom and kitchen counters of my rental property and I saw a Facebook Marketplace post by Daniel about epoxy, which I eventually reached out to him about. He also told me he can paint my whole house and pressure wash as well. He sent me pictures of all the work he’s done and promised me he would finish by the date I wanted him to complete the job because I had to rent the place out in time. Time is money. He also promised he will be very careful. He had 10 days, uninterrupted to get the job done.

I got a good impression of Daniel because he was always responsive. He will assure you that he will get the work done. However, him and his team did not get the job done in time. They started the work late, were dishonest about when they started, and as a result rushed the work. The work looked sloppy, rushed and in the process there was paint on my brand new carpets in most of the bedrooms. One bedroom carpet had to be replaced, which he didn’t want to pay for. He wanted to replace the carpet himself but at this point I didn’t trust him to do any more work in the house so I wanted him to pay for it. The epoxy work just looked bad. It looked like I did the work myself by watching a YouTube video. I had to tell him to go fix it because him and his team never double checked their work. And even after he went to “fix it” it still looked bad.

I had a breakdown and I cried because I was so disappointed.

Daniel and his team took forever to do their sloppy work but hassled me to pay him the rest of the money on time even when he didn’t complete the job. He didn’t paint all the walls he was supposed to paint and as a reasonable client, I didn’t want to pay him the rest of the money until the job was completed and my carpet was paid for by him. A day after he left without completing the job, I expressed my concerns and disappointments and he threatened to put a mechanic lien on my property and file it with the county.

In conclusion, The only good thing he did was the pressure washing but I blame myself because that is what his business is called. Lesson learned and be warned.

Normally I don't give reviews, but I want other people to be informed before hiring this guys. I was expecting more, they are not clean, not professional and never finish the job within the time scheduled. I had to stay out of my house couple times because of the dirt and dust after kitchen works, I had to hire people to clean my ac ducts because of the dust and I had to deep clean everything in my house after they were done painting. They could had used a plastic wall to prevent most of this but they didn't. At the end, the work had a lot of details that I had to finish my self because they never did. Unfinished job that I did my self.

The end result has made me so happy! I had a mold remediation over a year ago. Drywall had been cut out all through out the first floor of my house. Since then I've been trying to put my house back together myself. I finally gave in and asked Danny to give me a quote. The price was great and the end result has me floored. I would have never been able to finish in the amount of time the crew did nor would my efforts have look this good. I attached a few photos of before and after. Thanks again!

We love Ruby Red! We have been using them for over 8 years now and are consistently pleased with their cleanings each month. They provide good communication and resolve issues or schedule changes quickly. All the ladies that have cleaned our home are very friendly, dependable, and consistently pay close attention to detail. My husband and I had Ruby Red Cleaning come regularly to clean our home for the past few years and they always did an amazing job! They were extremely thorough and everyone we met was exceptionally kind. We have schedules that change frequently and they were always immediately responsive and very flexible with dates. Very sad that we are now moving out of state, it was a blessing to have them!

From Meghan's professional communication from the HQ, to Maria doing a stunning job cleaning the bits of my home I've been putting off for a while, Ruby Red got the job done! My bathtub & shower are the CLEANEST they have ever been. If you want a sparking clean home, without having to you it yourself, you should called Ruby Red as soon as you possibly can!

I used Ruby Red Cleaning for the first time and will continue using them. The cleaners were efficient and nice and did a great job on my home. Before the appointment you speak with the owner and she took a lot of notes and worked the cleaning around what I really wanted done in the budget I had for the deep clean. Highly recommend them.

Team was great for the first clean, Jenny talked through everything and was very helpful. They are very detail oriented (all the way down to the name of our cats) and did a great job cleaning for a good deal!

Red flags! Sean was friendly enough but unwilling to be helpful. Without asking me what kind of pets, breeds, sizes, etc., he told me we have too many pets and they won't even consider a one-time cleaning of our house. A professional service will offer professional consultations. This was anything but.

They were amazing and I can’t wait to use them again. Very friendly and I have already scheduled recurring services. They take the time and even learn your little weird nit picky things…like even folding blankets the way you want them. It’s honestly the most amazing service I have found. Highly recommend!
