The team that did a deep cleaning of my home was outstanding. So friendly and so good at what they do!

Just recently had a baby and the Ruby Red team has been great! They were super flexible about scheduling and did a great job cleaning! Transparency about cost as well! I’m looking forward to having them continue to help keep our house clean!

Where do I being? Ruby Red Cleaning was recommended to us and it is by far the best recommendation we have ever had for a cleaning service. We started with them doing a deep clean. When we returned home we thought they painted the walls! The house sparkled and shined. My husband and I look forward to our cleaning every two weeks. This is the best cleaning service we’ve ever had. Our previous service did a very good job and we needed to switch services due to unforeseen circumstances. Our house has never been cleaner than what Ruby Red has done. Olivia couldn’t be more professional nor more thorough. She’s delightful.

Cleaners and office staff were all very communicative and kept me updated on the appointment and progress via text the entire time. They did a great job helping me get a much-needed reset of my house. They also didn’t use any strong smelling cleaning supplies so we didn’t have to worry about any strong chemicals bothering our dog. Overall lovely experience!

My roommates and I just recently started Renting a new home in Baldwin Park, and we just wanted a thorough cleaning before we moved in. We let them clean it before we moved anything into the house! That was SO THE MOVE! Ruby Red cleaning did a FANTASTIC job! It looks and feels amazing! Not only that, but they are incredibly kind and communication was so effective and prompt! I can’t say enough amazing things about Ruby Red, and will definitely be continuing to use their services.

What’s an amazing cleaning service. Called late at night for an area rug and carpet cleaning service. The dispatch took my information and set an appointment for the following morning. Mornings came and a nice and polite technician came in educated me through the process and presented a detailed quote. Upon approval he started to do the cleaning and was done pretty quick. The rug and carpet were cleaning flawlessly and all together I’m very happy with these guys’ll services.

We hired Ruby Red for a move in clean. I was really disappointed with my experience. There was poor communication from the start, and it was a struggle to get a clear confirmation of my appointment. Following the intake phone call, I had to reach out a few days before to make sure our appointment was set and then didn’t receive confirmation or more information about the clean until 13 hours before the cleaning was set to start. To make matters worse, they sent the invoice over two months after the cleaning was done, which felt unprofessional and inconvenient. While the cleaning itself was decent, the lack of timely communication and delayed billing made the whole process frustrating. I expected better service given the cost. Wouldn't recommend unless they improve their communication and billing process.

I have had the absolute joy of a gift of having Ruby Red clean for me at my home and business, for 5 years. I cannot say enough about the staff, the owner, the admin, their integrity and quality of cleaning. They are caring, kind, thorough and detailed. They are all amazing with my pets. If something looks off they bring it to my attention right away. Do yourself the best favor and hire people who actually like cleaning :) these folks are just the best

The Ruby Red Cleaning team is excellent! They came in to do a deep clean on my home before setting up regular monthly service, and it was seamless. Cece, Lindsey, and Jax were on time and ready to go! They tackled our house and left it sparkling. Their rates are reasonable and what I appreciated most was the consistent and clear communication from Meg at their home office with updates. I highly recommend.

Text Response: 4 I have to say that I am completely blown away at how fast Amanda was. It was her first time coming to our house and she just blew through everything that I needed to have done. But not only was she fast, she was very thorough and she came to me and told me that she was done with everything on my list and that she still had 45 minutes left, so we came up with a few more things for her to do that have never been done before. I am so so happy with her! And on top of all that, she is a sweetheart! I was very Blessed to have met her and come into my home and help me. Thank you so much Amanda, you Rock!

Ruby Red has been cleaning my home for at least 5 years. The owner Jenny is wonderful to work with and all of the ladies who I've worked with have kept our home sparkling clean! Anytime there is a need to update my preferences, they are always happy to do so! I highly recommend Ruby Red!

Ruby Red Cleaning is a very good service with reasonable prices and great communication. They bring their own cleaning products and equipment.

I first started with a deluxe deep cleaning. Now, I do the monthly cleaning service, which is perfect for my needs. Ruby Red Cleaning is Highly Recommend.

Went to Red Ruby after a competitor kept dropping the ball on scheduling my first cleaning. Red Ruby immediately set up an appointment with me and the deep clean was great. Their cleaners are also professional and communicative. Red Ruby won't hit you with any surprise charges either because they're in constant communication with you and won't add time or service unless you approve it.

Their ~$206 monthly cleaning service is also a great price. My home is about 1,800 sqft and they do a thorough job in a reasonable amount of time.

Ruby Red Cleaning continues to be the best service we’ve ever used. It’s not just the quality of work (which is outstanding) but also the people involved. Jenny must maintain a good work environment because everyone is so happy and helpful!
