We had an Excellent experience with Merry Maids out of Kissimmee FL. We had a team of two come in for a set amount of time, and we created a priority list. They hit everything on the priority list and did such a thorough job. We are totally impressed. Excellent communication with the office for scheduling, arrival timing, and completion,, and the owner checked in to make sure we were satisfied. This is a top notch group! And we will use them again.

I wanted to have a good cleaning of my apartment 3 days before a major surgery as I knew I wouldn’t be able to clean as I normally do for awhile. I keep my apt very clean and didn’t need cleaning of the refrigerator, oven or any unseen areas. My main concern was a thorough cleaning of the bathroom. Due to my physical limitations, I was unable to clean the tiles in my bathtub as well as I would like and there was the normal soap scum buildup on them and a few little spots of mold on the tiles. My apt is only 669 sq feet. Cost was $300 which was much more than I wanted to spend. The staff member I had was Ashley and she was pleasant. I told her the areas, especially the bathroom that I was most interested in. At one point she was on the phone and then went to my front door. I thought she was just going to her car to get something. Instead she opened the door and let a man in who told me his name was Mike. He said he was her supervisor. I had no way to verify that. I was appalled that I was not given notice or an opportunity to object to this man coming into my home. I was very uncomfortable and he stayed for about 15 minutes. I would think this was a breach of their policies as I was told ahead of time of the name of the person that would be entering my home. He finally left, and she finished. I was so shaken up by his presence, that I didn’t do a thorough inspection of her work. Later when I did look at the bathroom, it looked no better than before she came. At that point there was nothing I could do about it as I was about to go into the hospital for major surgery. Before the service they tried to get me to commit to future services. I told them I would contact them as my recovery went on because I didn’t know what I needed yet. They began calling me 3 days later while I was in the hospital and continued to call everyday. I again told them I would contact them if their services were needed though I knew I wouldn’t be using them again. I finally had to block their phone number. The quality of their work is poor in their practices with their staff, if that person was even on their staff, is appalling.

Yacnarys is by far the most wonderful, most professional, kindest, and beyond perfect cleaning service individual I have ever had the pleasure of not just meeting, but being able to work with, if I could give this amazing person 100 stars I would in a heartbeat!

Job incomplete and poorly executed. I'm an absentee owner; I have a condo in Orlando. I requested from Merry Maids Orlando to have my unit cleaned after three months of vacancy. My request was for two hours as I know it was more than enough time to clean the place. The maid that went there explained to me that cleaning the oven was not included in the price and that if I wanted cleaned, it would take one full hour to do it. I accepted and expected the other hour to be good enough to clean something else. At the end the maid decided not to clean the oven, instead the refrigerator, which was pretty cleaned. None of the cabinetry was cleaned. She did clean two toilets.
In summary, I paid $119 to have two toilets and a refrigerated. All cabinets, floors, bathroom vanities, and hallways were left alone and dirty. My experience was very poor. I gave two stars because, they did go.

We have been Merry Maids customers since 2018. Kay is the best cleaner we’ve ever had. We’re appreciative of the team for ensuring we stay on her schedule and being flexible when we need to change dates on occasion. She does an incredibly thorough job in our home and pays attention to the little details that all add up together to make our home feel fresh and clean.

Merry Maids is great every time I call to make any changes or requests and not overly priced. Yani has been the best Merry Maid we’d had because she’s super nice and my house always looks great when she’s done! She’s also loving when it comes to our 2 dogs and look forward to Yani visits!

There was some miscommunication regarding how many hours I was approving that resulted in some extreme sticker shock. I reached out and we were able to come to a resolution. Like all people, we make mistakes - Merry Maids is committed to fixing those mistakes. And the cleaning was excellent. They will take care of you!

My parents rely on Merry Maids to help keep the house clean as it’s becoming more difficult for them. Merry Maids and especially Tanya have done a fantastic job for well over a year now. Tanya has been awesome for them. She works super hard and is extremely kind and caring. We are really glad that Merry Maids is a part of their house care routine and will be using them for a long long time.
