Yacnarys is amazing! She does such a thorough job cleaning and is the sweetest human ever. I am very happy with the service.

Very poor clean job. Paid premium dollar to have 1 bed 1 bath apartment cleaned on same day that I called. Was a move-out clean to include kitchen appliances and cabinets. Apartment was empty. After less than 2 hours, cleaners left. See pictures of how the unit was "cleaned". Interior of cabinets not cleaned, baseboards dirty, ledges not wiped, walls not wiped. Called immediately to complain. Was denied any sort of refund so insisted someone come back out. Cleaner did come back but had an attitude and only spent about 30 mins more in the apartment. Had to finish up the clean ourselves. Very disappointed and would not use this company again.

Our experience with Merry Maids was very poor. We needed a move out clean for a 4 bedroom 3 bath. We were quoted 900 plus which I explained was more than we wanted to spend for a rental. From there we were sold on hourly service and booked 4 hours. Once confirmed I was informed that only included 2 people for 2 hours. I questioned the lady if this would be sufficient for what we need and was told this wasn't their first rodeo. On cleaning day they only sent 1 person and it took her all 4 hours to only clean our kitchen which isn't that big and wasn't in rough shape by any means. Ended up having to spend more money to get the bathrooms cleaned and then we spent the afternoon cleaning the rest of the home ourselves. If you need a move out clean and don't want to spend 900 plus dollars then don't book this company. For $300 we got a clean kitchen and then got stuck paying more money and doing the rest of the home ourselves. We've used other cleaning services in the past and had good luck but will never contract this company again. Don't make the same mistake I did and contract them for hourly service. It won't get you much.

Yani did a great job thoroughly cleaning our home! She went the extra mile by organizing everything to look clean and tidy.

I have been using Merry Maids for at least a year and they do a very good job. They do everything I ask them to do. I would recommend them to anyone that would like a cleaning service.

I’ve been using merry maids for about 2 years and they have been really good but I will say it was a game changer when Yacnarys started to clean my house . Hands down the best cleaner at the company . I only want her cleaning my house that’s how good she is . Also not to mention she’s amazing with my little kids. I really wanted to like Merry Maids, but our experience was disappointing. We paid over $300 for a deep clean of our 1 bed/1 bath (812 sq ft) apt. Two technicians worked for a 4-hour split, but several of our priority areas were left incomplete — baseboards, windows, and window sills weren’t cleaned, there were visible spots left on the floors, and a box of trash was even stuffed in our pantry.

When we tried to resolve it, we were told we’d have to pay for an extra hour to fix what was missed. For the price of a “deep clean,” the quality and accountability just weren’t there.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this cleaning company.On the day of service, the maids took significantly longer than expected and did not complete the cleaning properly.Several agreed-upon tasks were either poorly done or not done at all.
What made the situation worse was that the cleaners stated they completed services that, in fact, were not performed. When I contacted the management team to address these concerns, I was assured the issue would be taken care of. Unfortunately, no corrective action was taken.
Despite the service not being completed as promised, my card was charged without my permission and without any follow-up call or confirmation. When I spoke again with management, the response was dismissive, as if charging a customer without authorization especially when the service was incomplete was normal practice.This lack of accountability, honesty, and communication is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and transparency, and instead received poor service and unauthorized charges. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I hired Yacnarys to clean my home and she did an absolutely amazing job. She was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough with every part of the house . The attention to detail she put into the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas made my whole house feel fresh and spotless. She worked consistently the entire time and went above and beyond what I expected. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaning professional. I’ll be booking her again!

Yacnarys was amazing! From the first time she walked she greeted me with a huge smile and automatically felt like family. From the beginning she focused on what my main concerns were and made sure to triple check that everything was spotless. Shes very PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY! I paid $1,100 for a deep cleaning of an empty 2,600 sq ft home, and I’m extremely disappointed in the service Merry Maids delivered.

There was no furniture in the house, so this should have been an easy job for any professional cleaning crew. Instead, as we started moving in and inspecting the space, we discovered multiple areas that were clearly untouched. The worst was the kitchen cabinets—attached is a photo of just one shelf after I wiped it myself, after the cleaning had supposedly been completed.

Merry Maids claims they sent two cleaners who worked for hours and followed up with an inspector, but the results simply don’t reflect that. I reached out with this concern and was told it was too late for them to do anything further, despite the fact that we hadn’t even moved in when the original job was done—and only discovered the issues as we began using the space.

For a cleaning service that charges top dollar, I expected far better. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but others should be aware of the experience I had. I recommend looking elsewhere for any kind of deep cleaning service—especially if you want attention to detail and accountability.

I received a gift card for Merry Maids and I finally used it. It was absolutely amazing. I have never had a cleaning service come to my house. The attention to detail these ladies showed throughout my house was amazing. Zulay & Nancy were kind and as quiet as one can be while cleaning a house. Very professional and made my house ready for the holidays. I would highly recommend them to come to your house.

Stella’s team did a Move-In Cleaning for my husband and me. We are SO impressed by their attention to detail and thoroughness. They were so kind and positive and walked through the home with us afterwards to make sure we were entirely satisfied with their work.
