After another company was a no-call, no-show, I reached out to a few places. Dr Clean responded quickly, asked for photos of the sofa, and followed up consistently. His pricing was honest and transparent. One company quoted less but never even asked how big the couch was. Considering the size of ours, Dr Clean’s price was very fair.

He also sent a detailed text explaining the process and how long it would take, which I really appreciated.
