When they were done, I was concerned that they hadn't done a thorough job since I was so unaware of their presence. I was pleasantly surprised and now my home and my workspace are refreshed. I used Shelley and her team multiple times in the past couple of year….holiday deep clean, “I’m overwhelmed and need help” cleans, and most recently a move-out clean. Regardless of the reason, the results were always great and fairly priced. Her team was not deterred by our pup in the house…or her massive amounts of fur. At during the move-out clean they were SUPER flexible and worked around the stager/photographer scheduling needs. I recently sold my home and in the middle of moving out I got sick. My family took over for me until they got sick too. Covenant Cleaning stepped in and saved the day. They did an amazing job with a very tight timeframe. Judith and Yolette went well above and beyond to leave my home sparkling clean for the new owners. They were hard working and accommodating to get the job done. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with their services.

They did a terrible job for me. First deep clean was not done correctly and they had to come back to redo the work. I tried them three more times but they used inexperienced young people that really did seem that they wanted to clean. My bathrooms were never cleaned properly. I gave them one more chance to redo the last cleaning and they didn't show up at the time we agreed upon. Called 2.5 hours after the appointment time to tell me the person coming to clean was sick and did I want them to come anyway being sick. I told them no and not to come back.
