I am new to owning a pool and have found Fratelli Pool Service to be helpful and patient with me. I was completely lost on even the basics of using the pump and monitoring water levels.

I reached out to Fratelli when I decided to leave my previous service provided for allowing my pump to burnout and I am happy that I did.

After some communication by email and text message, Leandro was sent out to show me how to work it all and did an amazing job! He took about 30 minutes to run through everything he possibly could think of and I am most grateful for it.

Igor our pool technician is fantastic. Keeps me informed along the way of everything that needs to be done to keep the pool in tip top shape. We have been with this pool company for many years and had several technicians. Had pump replacement, Salt chlorinator replaced.we would recommend this company for cleaning pool and keeping the chemical and salt levels perfect. Also if you need anything repaired or replaced this is the company to come to. They are honest and trustworthy.

I experienced several issues with Fratelli Pool Service and the assigned cleaning person. I reported these problems to the company, but no corrective action was taken. After the incident, the same unprofessional individual continued to be assigned, which clearly shows the company does not prioritize quality of service. The cleaner remained negligent, leaving the pool in poor condition, and the situation only improved after I contacted the owner directly. Ultimately, I decided to terminate the contract and hire a different company.

Fratelli Pools service is remarkable. When we bought our home 3 years ago, we had little to no experience with owning a pool. Their premiere service takes care of absolutely everything, and we signed up for that. Not only have they kept our pool clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy at any given moment, but they have alerted us if the water level is low, and have given suggestions for updates to our pool along with price quotes. We've had them replace the pool filter once. Their prices are reasonable for all of the amazing work they do. And, if ever our primary pool service technician changed, they gave us a heads up of who our new service technician was. I especially appreciated their updates after each weekly service, complete with pictures and any recommendations (if needed). Customer service and support have always been wonderful, responsive, and supportive. Truly can't recommend them enough for the awesome service they provide!

They were so helpful!! They were responsive with reasonable prices, and went out of their way to help us get pool lights repaired even during the busy holiday season. They were honest and kept us informed throughout the process when unexpected issues arose, and they were able to resolve the issues. Great service, knowledgeable techs. I have had a few challenges after a resurfacing project completed by another company, Fratelli stepped up and addressed the issue, i also had them install a heater and pump pricing was competitive and installation process was smooth. Highly recommend for weekly service or big projects
