I am so impressed with Fratelli Pool service. It has been past several months now and they arrive like clockwork and my pool has never looked better. They also take great care to check everything so it is in working order.Thank you!

I have been with the company for about a month. I had 2 different companies previous to this one and one of the issues with the previous one was communication. Fratellies is very responsive, sends follow up emails and they are consistent which is all I was looking for. Tigo has been my tech for this past month and he always ask for feed back and has no problem answering questions or educating us about our pool set up and maintenance.

Fratelli has been taking care of our pool for 3 years. They are great communicators and I can always count on them to perform our weekly service. They email a picture every single week after service is completed. They took care of our pool after hurricanes and tropical storms. They let me know if my equipment is leaking or malfunctioning. Professional billing practices. I indicated they are a good value because they are professional and reliable. I don't know how their pricing compares to other companies but I can say I've never had an issue in 3 years. So that's a good value to me.

We had Fratelli service our pool for several years and we were happy with the service. They were attentive, responsive and reasonable for the services they provided. The only concern we had was the technician turnover so sometimes had to adjust dates and times of service but it wasn't a deal breaker, because Fratelli was always communicative. Would recommend.

Working with Fratelli Pool Service is one of the best decisions I've ever made for my pool. My pool has never looked better, and they are very professional. Very fair prices too. Saves me from going back and forth from The Pool store every week to test my water, and cleaning it too.

They have also helped me with a couple of repairs and were priced much more reasonable than my previous company.

Fratelli Pool Service, has been a life saver. In May they came to adjust the chemical balance, as the pool started to acquire algae. After a few weeks they had it balanced, and sparkling again.
They are very quick to respond, to issues, and communications.

Great, prompt service! We had them out to replace our pool pump. They quickly came out, diagnosed the issue and provided a plan for replacement. Their team responded quickly to my questions and scheduled a replacement. After replacement, we required a warranty repair from the manufacturer who did an incomplete job. Fratelli team quickly came back and fixed the issue that the warranty company had left incomplete. I will definitely utilize Fratelli pool again in the future.

I recently had my pool resurfaced, and as part of the essential post-resurfacing care, the pool must be brushed frequently—ideally twice a day—to protect the new finish. Since I didn’t have the time to do this myself, I hired Fratelli Pool Service for a startup package costing $500, with the understanding that they would keep the chemicals balanced and, most importantly, ensure the pool was brushed as required.

During the first week, they came daily and performed the brushing as promised. However, in the second week, they completely failed to brush the pool, despite this being critical to preserving my $10,000 investment in the new surface. When I raised my concerns, the manager was dismissive and condescending, insisting that brushing had been done at every visit. Yet, my security cameras clearly show otherwise—the technician only checked the chemicals and then left without brushing.

Their negligence has put my investment at risk, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the way my concerns were handled
