Excellent service, I called them on Friday and they were here on Monday for the grout cleaning 🧹 job Luis and his helper were courteous and answered my concerns about maintaining the ceramic tile clean as I like specially not using scented cleaning products that deposit oil and make the grout get dirty. Wow!!! I was skeptical but wow!! We moved into a house and doesn’t appeared they knew what cleaning floors meant. The floors are completely different. The amount of dirt that came up was shocking!!! Thank you! Will definitely be using him again!! The price paid was well worth it!!

Eric and Marcia do a great job cleaning our home regularly and I recommend them to all of my friends and family. They're flexible and great with communication. They're always willing to tackle special projects. Me and my husband work full time and have a needy baby and they even umprompted fixed up a cabinet door that was broken. We really appreciate that Eric and Marcia anticipate our needs like that. In my independent research, I believe you may technically be able to find cheaper cleaning services but I know that Neat & Tidy does a quality job and is a legitimate business.

We hired Marcia and team for a deep clean of our hardwood floors (approx 2400 sq ft). They did a fantastic (and efficient) job - and even threw in a couple of extras service's since the job didn’t take as long as quoted.
The crew was so kind and professional (they were here while we were working from home). I plan to hire them again!
