Veritas is a wonderful company and I will use them again. The process of setting an appointment was very easy and they had availability to come to my place in the same week. Ernesto did an amazing job in our home. His work was very thorough. He took his time and was very careful in our home. The carpets and area rugs looked brand new when he was finished. This was our first time using Veritas. We are now a customer for life. Update, 12/ 2025 we had our upholstery and bath floor tiles cleaned and everything looks brand new. Luis and the team did a great job. Everything was neat, and we'll done and the upholstery dried so quickly.

I have used Veritas before, and used them again at my new house. They are by far the most professional, courteous, and their attention to detail is top notch! Luis and Ray are awesome guys, they worked on my first house and requested them for my second house. #1 in my eyes. Amazing job cleaning my carpets, tile and grout. The Veritas team was responsive and professional every step of the way. Booking the job was easy and the quote and service date was communicated by email right away. I received a text message notifying me that the team was enroute and then a call once they arrived. The van and equipment appeared to be clean and well maintained. They walked the job in advance paying special attention to any stains for extra treatment. The carpeted rooms, halls and stairways came out clean and like new. The team even left us with shoe covers to wear until the carpet completely dried. We would highly recommend using Veritas and we even recommended them to the property management company whose condo we were vacating at lease end. Thank you for the excellent service and end result. We should have no issues getting our deposit back from the landlord.

Veritas never disappoints with professional and friendly service and amazingly clean carpets and furniture even when these are several years old. We had one very big coffee stain that looked horrible on the den carpet but even that was no match for Veritas. We will never use another company!!

This is a great company. They really seem to care about your time and the quality of service they provide. They did such a great job doing the carpets, tile and grout, and grout sealing at our new place, that I called them back a week later to do the carpets at house we were moving out of. Luis and Ray were great. They showed up on time, did a great job on the carpets and tile, and were great about communicating any issues. Rates were very reasonable. Really pleased with their services and highly recommend this company.

Our rental property carpet was looking terrible. Veritas changed that in a matter of hours. They were careful to pre-treat every spot. I can't believe how well the carpet came up after they worked their magic. It was a high-quality deep clean. They also offered us some shoe covers which I thought was extra helpful so we didn't get the carpet dirty after cleaning up outside. They were nice guys who worked hard to clean our carpets. Thanks.

Veritas has always done an excellent job with carpet and tile, and they are fantastic community members- I recommend them to all of my clients! Now they have the added service of granite/marble polishing and sealing. They were able to get an etched ring out of my marble counters and they look shiny and wonderful! Plus, I get OCD about clean grout on my tile floors so nice to have that in tip top shape again! I highly recommend this company!

Art and his team did an amazing job. We have been wanting to give our tile a deep clean since we moved in but with all the other “move in” projects it went on the back burner. 4 years later we finally got it done and we could not be happier. The team gave an upfront and honest quote via email which I was able to approve at my convenience (no pressure or hard close) all via email.
After I approved we set up a date and they sent me a reminder. They showed up when they said they would and completed the entire job that day.
