Thank you to Marcia & her team for doing an exceptional job. They leave our home looking and smelling perfect after each visit. She helps not only with cleaning but also tidying any spaces that seem a bit unorganized from our day to day. They are extremely detail oriented. She is very quick to communicate, and was even flexible when I needed a last minute change in schedule due to hosting a last minute gathering. We are grateful to have this special team in our lives!

I have had a great experience with this company. I was looking for a regular cleaning service and came across them.
I communicated with one of the owners, Eric, via email and he gave me very detailed information about the services they offer and what to expect. Marcia, the other owner, came out to see our home and talk through what we’re looking for. Marcia and Natalia did a fabulous job cleaning our home! We plan to use their services monthly and are so pleased with how everything looks. They take great care in cleaning everything and are very quiet and efficient. I was home working and didn’t hear them at all. They also were great with my dog who kept sniffing their supplies and wanting attention :) I highly recommend them!

I'm absolutely happy with the service provided by Neat&Tidy home services. Macia & her team was professional, efficient, and thorough in cleaning my home. The attention to detail was impressive, and my house sparkled when they finished. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the price was very reasonable. I've already booked them for my next cleaning and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and excellent house cleaning service. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!

I have used this company for about seven months (at the time of writing this review) and my pool has never looked better. They come the same day every week, quickly identify any issues and let us know, are able to replace faulty equipment when needed, and send a photo of the pool after each service. We absolutely love this company and it feels so good knowing that someone has our back and we don't have to worry about our pool, just enjoy it.

Superb quality service. I can almost set my watch by person showing up to service my pool each week. Field Techs and Office Staff extremely responsive and professional. Proactive to let me know what items may need attention -- and once I approve, i know Fratelli will get it done.

Great Service and totally reliable - We have used Fratelli Pool Service for about 18 months now and we have been totally happy with the high standard of service. Our previous pool company were quite poor by comparison and we were so pleased we changed. Fratelli take care to maintain our pool in excellent condition, they wash the filter on a regular basis which also maintains the life of the filter. They tidy the pool area and ensure the water is crystal clear with no debris in the pool.

Update on 2/2/2023: we are still using Fratelli and are very happy with the service we receive! I most appreciate the ongoing communications. They strive for excellence and are very professional.

We have been using Fratelli Pool Service for weekly maintenance for the past 7+ months. What impresses me the most is their great ability to communicate. We are new pool owners, having relocated from the midwest. We heavily rely on their expertise to make sure our investment is properly maintained. Our service technician is reliable and has been doing a great job for us. From the office/administrative side they are extremely responsive and professional. I haven't priced out other companies, but it's my experience that you get what you pay for. Perhaps they are not the cheapest, I'm not sure, but it seems competitive. Most important to me is reliabiity and quality. They have delivered both and I would highly recommend them.

We switched from our pool builder service to Fratelli a couple of years ago and have been very pleased with the service. They actually spend the time to clean and service the pool each visit. They are also extremely honest. They recently notified me of an issue with our salt cell sending me a picture of the light being on. They attempted to clean and fix it during 2 scheduled cleanings and then asked if I wanted them to replace it. I approved the quote for them to replace and fix the part. When they arrived to do the service work, they noted that the warning light was no longer on and everything appeared to be working. They alerted me to this and said they would not repair the part if it was working and would continue to monitor it. They could have just replaced the part and done a service call without letting me know, but they were honest and did not proceed with the fix if it wasn't needed. I love an honest company! I highly recommend them!

They are the best company we’ve ever used - they always send the same person - same time - same day each week!! They also service our hot tub as well! They send pictures from every visit as well as let us know when something needs to be replaced, and let me tell you. ALOT of things needed to be replaced that our last company didn’t tell us about. They also have GREAT prices and response times. They came back the SAME DAY to fix something. They also offer salt water pool which we will be switching too! They replaced our pool light with a light that changes colors and works efficiently. We love Fratelli and I recommend them to everyone!

We have had our pool for 6 plus years and had our fair share of pool companies. None have been as amazing as Fratelli. The communication is one of the greatest things about them and of course priced fairly. I have Reccomended them to all of my neighbors and friends in the market with a pool as they are the best.
