After a couple of days increased pest activity, I finally called Orkin. When scheduling they were pleasant and understanding. Asking questions to be able to help. When the guy arrived he asked more questions, gave me a breakdown of service scheduling, and answered all of my questions.

They will promise a WAY more than what they can “afford “. They will ask for your patience… payments, of course… Im sorry to inform you. Go to the smaller companies… the ones that wont “rely” on monthly payments… you might be pay more upfront… but you will have your “problem” resolved. With Orkin… be prepared to be their “partner”

Very punctual, professional, informative, and patient answering all my many questions. He found more wasp nests than I thought I had, removed them all and took care of my ant problem and checked for any others. He did not overuse treatments at my request, but made sure to protect the entire perimeter of house and pool patio area. His knowledge and experience was impressive and a big relief to me.

I would personally recommend Orkin for your pest control needs. They do a thorough inspection of your premises then provide recommendations. The service workers are polite, respectful and very professional. The company sends a reminder days before each visit and provide information on who will be coming to provide the services. Easy to reschedule if needed. They customer service is excellent. I am totally satisfied with Orkin services.😊

Tommy was a true professional and responded quickly to my inquiry and managed both addresses in a very short time frame. I was so impressed with the process and his equipment which cut those stumps like butter. Speaking of butter, he has a brand new puppy named Butters as his work companion which made the visit so much more enjoyable. Please check this company out if you need these type of services.

Had a difficult stump that was right up against the fence. Tommy was awesome! Very knowledgeable and gave it to me straight about how we needed to take apart the fence to do the job right. I will for sure hire him again and recommend him to anyone that needs this done.

Tommy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was prompt with his quote and he beat everyone else’s pricing. Communication was excellent and I got on the schedule right away. Charles came to do the stump grinding and he’s a definite asset to this company! He let me know when he was on his way and was right on time. He kept the area secure from debris and did an excellent job removing the stump and cleaning up. If I ever need stump grinding again I will always call TTS!
