Benjamin is such a thorough tech. Very professional and knowledgeable. He came to our home today 8/1/24 for our home inspection.. I had questions that he answered for me and made a few suggestions that put me at ease. He looked at our yard and said Orkin could do the Outside Mulching for our yard. He is great!!

I'd like to shout out Arturo, he's been my Tech for years. He makes it a point to check in with me to see if I need anything inside and outside the home. Today, I told about droppings in the garage and feared they were from rodents, He educated me on how to distinguish their droppings from those of lizards. It turns out they were "fly sacks" and explained what may have caused them. I'm sure thankful that Orkin hires knowledgeable people who don't take advantage of the customer, he could've sold me a service I didn't need, John T

Erik and Arturo were so professional and helpful; not a hard sell whatsoever. They were friendly, yet kept the visits on point! I'm sure we're going to be thrilled with all the updates to our house, concerning pest control, as well as insulation and new borders and mulching all around the house!
