I Had my first service and was very impressed! The grass was cut perfectly, the palm trees were trimmed nicely, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly.

I've been a customer of Tropical View Care for over a year now (lawn mowing / landscape maintenance Option #1). So far, have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism and promptness of the General Manager Michel Perez.

I can not be more happy with Michael who is the worker who services my lawn. He does a great job making sure my lawn and bushes are cut properly and he doesn't cut corners from what I can tell. Always a uniformity of quality with the weekly service. And *most importantly*, he is cognizant to make sure my house is not damage during the service. so far, no house, fence, gutter dings nicks or issues. As long as he is my lawn person, I would be hard press to justify changing / trying another company for my lawn needs.

We are beyond happy and satisfied with tropical view lawn care! Their service is phenomenal, efficient and the quality of their customer service and service is superb! We recommend them for all your lawn care needs, you will not regret it! Please contact tropical lawn care today!!!!

Sad to say I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I agreed to the service based on what was offered in the contract and what was agreed upon in person; this turned out to be entirely inaccurate.

After only one scheduled service, they proved to be entirely about the money $$$. In hindsight, I should have been skeptical as soon as I figured out that a card was needed to be on file before discussing the full lawn service.

The first "service" was only accepted after they showed up, unannounced, at my door to discuss my questions being asked via email. After which, I was promptly pressured to let them "at least mow the lawn for now" while I decided which of their revised service options to go with. They revise the price of the ACCEPTED contract based on seeing your lawn AFTER your first service... for which you have already been charged for before even reviewing the revised contract.

On top of all that, there is a 30 day notice for discontinuation of service. There is also the strange fee to offset the monthly payments to match the yearly rate given- even though I only had one scheduled service. Do NOT trust the "100% satisfaction guarantee" as it isn't actually provided due to all the stipulations they cite as a response to dissatisfaction.

I have tried other lawn services before and was always disappointed with the work being done especially with the amount of money you pay companies to get it done. That was my experience with lawn care companies until I found Tropical View Care. The level of attention to detail they have is pretty amazing and I am here to stay. Michel is so professional and is very responsive to our needs and what we ask for. Let’s just say that the way I found out about them is because they work on two of my neighbor’s lawns and their lawn always looked so clean and impeccable compared to the others. Their work speaks for itself! So if you’re seeking validation in your choice of lawn care services, you won’t regret it with them!

Blown away by the service we got this week. They did the inital clean up work for our property and its look amazing. The work quality and ethic is leagues above our last provider. The in the field and office teams are great to work with and super responsive to any questions and concerns

I've been using Tropical View for four years and they have been fantastic. They do a great job and their prices are reasonable. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for lawn care professionals.

Michael, our tech is consistent with our lawn care and has freed up so much of my time, which can now be focused on time with my family and working on other projects.

They are responsive, quick, and open to any questions I may have. A true 10/10 rating. Highly recommend.

As promised I am providing an update to the company. At the moment I had to leave them... paid a 210 $ cancellation fee plus a month worth of service due to the contract (no hard feelings, I signed the contract). it is somewhat kind of irritating because their communication, service, and pricing isn't up to par. the purpose of this review is not to run them out of business cause I am sure they may have 100s of customer but I would like to at least give you my experience with proof below so that the community knows their is better services out their.

First, Their pricing is a cash grab. I had to make sure I had some quote from other individuals before I decide to leave. At the moment I pay 210$ monthly with the potential of going to the 250$ since I needed my garden bed taken care of in my back yard also. Honestly if the service was good I would have kept going... unfortunately, from the beginning they were just trying to increase the monthly payment consistently throughout the process... Trust comparing their quotes to others (because I wanted to make sure). They were at least 50-100$ more in price, when their service wasn't the greatest.

at the moment with the next company I am paying 150 and this is after considerable research and customer review. with the potential of garden to increase in the back to 180, if so. Tropical view is fairly overpriced after looking at other prices. maybe they were just able to get more out of me since my services were incremented step by step.

Second, the customer service was just lazy... they would make their own rules, improperly mark their contracts and find ways to scheme their pricing higher. their statements seemed like kids from middle school wrote them. They had about two or three times where they weren't edging my back yard, when I contacted them they were trying to get me to pay another 20$ for edging* their justification was.... "we edge to the concrete." When the grass edge was concrete! after forcing my hand and stating "is this an issue?" they provided the service that should have been already provided. in certain scenarios they kept increasing prices for no reason... Vines were an extra 10$, edging was another 20$, and to be honest while their service wasn't horrendous. for the amount paid they could have put consistent effort. Never received a deduction for their missed edging that was in the contract to edge grass.... whether the edge was concrete, plastic, rubber or what ever other object. Their 20$ cash grab was truly idiotic... "edge to concrete" when in the front yard the stone located on the bed were edge? what's the difference? nothing. cash grab.

Weed control wasn't the best. I always checked after each service and their were always weed in areas that could have been handled. may they were a bit hidden.... but still in sight.
Lawn and maintenance wasn't bad. they were good with lawn mowing.

garden control and maintenance, they picked an choose what needed to be done for that week. sometimes circular bushes were trimmed and sometime not. didn't find this as a big deal since plants grow at their own rate. but with the money paid. it should have been cut every service provided.

lawn maintenance was lazy.... look at the picture below. I do want to say the contract does state I have to keep the ground clear for them. if not service will be done around them. As humans and parents we spend time with our kids in the back yard. if my customer has a 3lb -5lb item that is in the way all you have to do is scoot it to the side. while the contract does state I have to move it... customer service would have taken just 4 seconds to just move a light item (in pictures above). Then I tried making the attempts to moving them on Wednesday and they change their schedule over to Saturday without any communication. and talking to other providers, I stated to the other providers, "my kids have a plastic boat on the back, will this be an issue to move?" I pointed it out and they laughed. "it won't be an issue at all."

Michel is a true professional, has been my lawn care company for many years and I can’t remember him missing a single service. I highly recommend to all my neighbors.

I've been incredibly impressed with Tropical View Care! Not only is the team super communicative, but they do excellent work. After our previous provider left us in the lurch, Tropical View Care was lightning fast to pick up the slack and maintain our lawn.

I had my initial lawn maintenance done. Very impressed with their work ethic. They came over and completed the work in spite of the rain.

Quality of work is great as well. After working several hours the tech was able to clear up a lot of overgrown hedges leaving behind a very aesthetic landscape.

Contraté a Rustic Landscapes para remover unas raíces grandes que tenía en mi patio y quedé muy impresionado con su trabajo. Fueron puntuales, profesionales y realizaron todo con mucho cuidado para no dañar el resto del jardín. El área quedó limpia y bien nivelada, como si nunca hubieran estado ahí las raíces. Se nota que saben lo que hacen. Definitivamente los volvería a llamar y los recomiendo sin dudar.

Está compañía ha Sido lo mejor que he encontrado en cuanto a mantener el corte en tu casa. Muy, pero muy profesional, de verdad que es difícil encontrar una compañía seria. Me mantiene 4 casas y de verdad, siempre ha sido muy pero muy puntual, y nunca me ha quedado mal, agradecido, y aquí hay un cliente de por vida
