Ideal Gardens honestly did an amazing job with my backyard. Luis was able to create an amazing 3D design in which I fell in love with. My boys love playing outside and they were so happy when they saw the end result. We are in love with our backyard! After so many months of doing some research I’m so happy we chose Ideal Gardens! Luis and Mariana were able to bring my vision to life!

I’m very thankful for the workers David, Victor, Joel and Ronald who did an excellent job! They made sure to always communicate with me and answer my questions! Overall, I am very pleased with their professionalism.

We are satisfied customers and will definitely work with them in the future to do some work in our front yard!

Im writing this review behalf of my parents Yrma and Pedro. They recently got their landscaping done and are beyond thrill with the results. The process was seamless from start to finish. Ideal garden pulled all permits and hoa request for them. The workers were clean and efficient. Finishing the project in three short days. All of the plants/pots/stones/rocks are beautiful. They have had many neighbors already compliment the yard and the project has only been done for two days. Even the mail man stopped them and said he has never a seen a garden that beautiful. If you’re considering a landscape redesign look no further. This is the company to go with. They are top notch.

Ideal Gardens did a wonderful job on my landscaping job. Design is gorgeous and plants are perfect. I hired IdealGarden to do the landscaping in my house, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the result. From the beginning, they were very responsible and professional at all times. This has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Ideal Gardens embodies what customer service experiences should be. I noticed a house that had finished in my neighborhood, and my husband asked them about who had done their landscaping work. Our neighbor also gave my husband a tour in the backyard as well. We were so impressed because no other yard looked exactly the same. We called and they came out within a week and gave us an estimate. We had to talk it over and then we decided to go with them because of their professionalism. We had other offers that came in less, but the professionalism was NOT the same. It is true of the saying, "You get what you pay for." We got on their calendar. The best thing about it was they offer financing. Some other small landscaping businesses may want you to use Zelle and don't offer financing. Also, they are licensed and bonded and have a warranty. There are other companies who don't offer those warranties and if something goes wrong who will you be able to contact. I like the protection of the work. This is an investment in one of our largest investments--our home. Great landscaping can help your home appraise for much more and offers curb appeal. Mariana will work with you from start to finish and Luis is very involved in the process even being the owner. He has excellent employees who cares about the quality of their work. My husand and I are very happy and satisfied customers, and we have some other work that we will like for them to do for us in the future. The overall experience I had with ideal gardens was exceptional, creative team and walked me thru the entire process amazingly. The drawings of the landscape ideas were awesome and would definitely use them again and recommend to any one. We first used Ideal Gardens nearly 2 years ago to do a major overhaul of our front yard! They were incredible to work with and everyone on the team made the experience and the outcome so easy!

That was why it was an absolute no brainer to ring them again once we were ready to transform our backyard.

What started as a rudimentary sketch by me has turned out to be better than we could have imagined. The team did an amazing job and even wrapped up a full day ahead of schedule.

We now have a backyard that allows us to feel like we're on vacation every time we go back there.

They came up with a complete backyard design that we loved. I'm very picky and attention to detail type of person and they hit the mark every time. Mariana was amazing — always on top of everything, super attentive and clear with all the details. And Mr. Luis, the owner, was very professional and reliable. You can tell he really knows his stuff.
They totally transformed the space, and the decorative stones they added are not just beautiful — they’ll actually help me save money every month since I won’t need to hire a gardener anymore.
The wild palm trees they planted look stunning and gave the whole area an awesome tropical vibe.

Avoid their drivers on the road at all times. Their truck drivers do not know how to drive. They don't drive in the lines and they will cut you off without a blinker and cut you off doing a u-turn in the middle of a 50 mph. Worst landscaping company to ever exist Don't ever trust them.

Always disrupting our community by parking behind homes, smoking pot, drinking, turning mowers on and off, leaving truck idling so our backyards smell of fuel, leaving us unable to enjoy our property outdoors. They have been asked numerous times to park at our clubhouse disregarding the requests of homeowners in the community. They are plain lazy, and have no respect to those they are effecting, even after being told to park at our club house off our main road (so they don’t black traffic or cause a nuisance to the people who live on that road) they also continuously damage homeowners fences and have no regard to what they do. When trying to speak with them about their issues, they laugh at you.
Stay far away!

Never Call this company!
They're the worst, I try to get an estimate to remove a tree and it took 5 weeks to get an answer, then I paid the 50% deposit to schedule the job and it's been 23 days and not a word from them. Every time I called they tell me that it will be scheduled for next week. The customer service is unexistent.
I don't think they care about anything.
I'm only using them because this is the landscaping company used by the HOA.
Never again!
