As President of HOA with 400 doors we selected Exclusive to take over our landscaping for the community. Former company was doing terrible job and constant complaints from residents. Exclusive immediately started making a difference. Attention to detail as well as exceeding our expectations. Even after one year the community is still happy with them and landscaping looks great. With a new home I was in need of a retaining wall for my home to keep erosion away from foundation. Exclusive came out and gave it a thorough look and presented a plan. I signed off and a beautiful wall was built to match the stucco on the home. It’s built to last. It has helped with erosion as well as retain the foundation integrity of the home. Couldn’t be any happier. Jeremy is a go getter and stays true to his word when he says he will get it done. They also have an irrigation dept that does a great thorough job. Let’s face it cutting yards and trimming is what it is. However the difference is the leadership with Exclusive. They make sure their employees get the job done correctly. Many company’s call themselves landscaping companies but they hire people with a pulse to just get out there and look busy. Exclusive crews are professional and get the job done correctly. I highly recommend them. I signed off to add them to large community where I was the President. I since moved and fortunately Exclusive was already in place where I moved whereas I joined the HOA board here.

Several of my HOA’s and Condos use Exclusive for their landscaping needs. They have always done a great job and our Board Members have been extremely happy with them. They offer a lot more services than other landscaping companies. Definitely would recommend them to other communities.

This company is used by the HOA of Nona Preserve in Lake Nona,
Orlando. Last week I reportes an incident with damages to my car window that was parked in the driveway. Though, this review is not for the workers who are working at a fast paced to get the job done. I understand accidents happened while operating equipment to cut the grasas and debris can damage property. Yet, I reportes this to the management office and every time I followed up, I was told the person in charge has not been in the office. Thus they have no idea what to do. This of course is a complete lie, and it is despicable behavior. The damages to my car window resulted in having to replace the entire window and $400 in costs. Though I was not looking for the entire amount to be compensated, as I understand accidents happen, the fact that a company owner/ manager does not address this complaint in a professional and timely manner says a lot about the management of this company, completely unprofessional.

Live Oak Lakes HOA has hired this company.
They seem to have really figured out how to make more profit from us. They don't take care of the sod, so it dies. Then they replace it with weed infested sod....Don't fertilize it or maintain it properly. So they get to replace it again, and again.
Lots of dead plants, due to lack of fertilizing and spraying for bugs. Shrubs, plants and trees do not have mulch around them. Dead and leaning trees. Trees need to be trimmed. The entry is full of gravel and trash.
Overall, they have not done what they are paid to do. This is really sad, because this is a great community. But due to the landscaping company it is embarrassing. I would not recommend this company.

My husband and I did a lot of research to find a landscaping company to redo our yard at our new home. Exclusive Landscaping was the best decision we made. Their design team brought our vision to life and couldn’t be happier! Maintenance is great and they always go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend!

They broke the window of my truck and they didn't want to take responsibility, I was complaining for 3 months and they were never able to care about the incident, they don't care, totally disappointed

I have use Exclusive Landscaping for the past 10 years in several of my communities. They have always done an excellent job. The owner of the company is always available to answer my calls at anytime. He goes above and beyond for my board members and communities. I highly recommend them for any size community.

So far I am not impressed with Exclusive Landscaping at all. They are taking care of our 55+ community at Bridgewater in Viera. It seems like they have a lot of turnover when it comes to who’s in charge and then those people don’t Followup when they say they’re going to have someone show up for you. If they find out the person cannot show up for whatever reason they should be communicating that to the customer and in my case they did not I just sat there all day assuming someone would show and they didn’t! I have, but it had plants mowed over and our whole community has an irrigation issue, but they are not good at expressing to you as an individual. If you ask them well what’s going on with my particular property is the front grass in my house is dead, and they have seen it and agreed! I have had so many landscape managers say “well they didn’t know what they were doing” and “that’s why they did it that way”well, then why do you have them out there working for you- do you train your employees or do you just hire them because they’re cheap labor! Work. orders are getting closed out and they’re not even completing the jobs and that’s another thing. They should leave some type of notification if they do show up and you are not there that they have been there and what they have done and of course there’s none of that happening! My biggest complaint is communication and the lack there of!

Terrible service. Our HOA has a contract with them and they do a terrible job. Even though our HOA fees include landscaping, if we want our yards to look nice, we have to hire other vendors to redo the landscaping. Took seven, yes SEVEN, people the other day to swap out 5 or 6 plants. I did get a quote from them to replace the crappy mulch job with rock and my neighbor is doing the exact same job but theirs were several hundred dollars less. It's been over 2 years and the service just gets worse. The rep we have assigned to our property does not communicate. Not recommended.

Very pleased with the work Exclusive Landscaping completed for me. I had quite a few dead trees on my property. Ryun did an excellent job explaining what trees needed to be removed. He was very helpful and professional.I will definitely use Exclusive Landscaping in the future.

I would like to take a moment to come here and recognize Walber the new account manager. He has done a great job at the community. He is very professional, has great communication, always checking if we have any issues. He is a great addition to the community.

I wish I could put 0 stars here, Let me start off by saying Ryun Jack is very rude and disrespectful to the people who pay hard earned money.
I didn’t think it was possible for someone to be so unprofessional and still have this job.
It’s very unfortunate there is NOT ANYBODY TO HOLD THESE PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE. Every issue I have had has taken over 3 months, last year I waited 6 MONTHS for them to come and cover broken pipes caused by their own company. Right now I have an issue and I’m being transferred to multiple people and getting misinformation. I was told by exclusive to call Mr. Jack and when I did I was disgusted and shocked with the way I was treated and spoken to for just following directions from the people that work in this company. It’s obvious none of them are communicating these issues to each other. Where is the accountability?
It’s very frustrating to have to depend on such an unreliable company ran by careless individuals. I wish I would have known before moving in. This place needs some new management and people who actually care!

Hope we can put 0 star for this company. I need to collect all evidence from the whole neighborhood to file a complaint to BBB. We are forced to use this company because lawn service is included in our HOA monthly payment. We've just switched to this company recently and will terminate the contract with them soon. Dead grasses, weeds, cheap mulchs, broken irrigation system, lazy job, didnt clean up acorns and leaves, the whole neighborhood streets turned brown because of crushed acorns, then hid acorns and leaves into flower beds and mulch areas when they was asked to cleanup. Tried to make the entry look nice with one layer of flowers like one of the picture for the 5* here, but behind the flower was all weeds, and dead plants, after few days all flowers dead too. Worst part is damaging residents' property: fences, mailbox, gutter, plants, etc.... and refused to fix for them, not even one; pretend to have a website for residents to submit a ticket, then close all cases without doing anything, not even a sorry. Now we have to deal with asking for compensation and terminating the contract. Residents have lots of video from camera system showed them being lazy chit chat and did not do their job properly. BEWARE ALL HOA MANAGEMENT: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASHY COMPANY.

This company is the absolute worst. If it was possible to not give any stars I would have.
They are unresponsive. We've had an issue for almost a year they haven't addressed. It's beyond frustrating. Unfortunately I can't change vendors as we're part of an HOA.
Now they want to charge us 1300.00 to fix a problem they created.
My suggestion is to not engage them in any way.

Walbur is amazing. Very attentive and eager to help. Our property has never looked as good as it does now. Thanks to his timely assistance we gotten amazing compliments on how great landscaping looks.
