Ground Source did a fantastic job replacing the sod and extending the patio with pavers. Eric was my main contact and he was great to work with! I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I consulted with Ground Source for sod replacement, new irrigation system and pavers. Jeff and Joe were great with following up and making sure I was comfortable with the project as it was being completed while I was on vacation. From the initial estimate to the completion of the project, I could not be more happier. All our neighbors have been stopping to let us know how wowed they are by the transformation. Projects they completed were, sod removal and replacement, new paver driveway and front walkway and new irrigation system. Thanks again!

We've worked with Ground Source for our backyard landscaping and drainage issues around our house. They have done a phenomenal job, they've created a plan to address all of our issues and delivered every single promise. We've since had 2 hurricanes and no issues with pooling water around the house and our backyard still looks fantastic. They were also happy to support us even months after the work. Overall it is very good. Good prices. They even send someone to adjust to sprinkler system and sprinkler heads. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Only a few things I don't like that they don't grading properly. This is not different level of individual sods, but humps. Also they did not grade all the places below the pavement before lay the sod. And this creates some area next to concrete that the sod is higher that other. Moreovers, they need to reconsider their sod supplier. The sod has some weed in it. My next door neighbor replace the sod at the same time by himself, and his doesn't have any problem. (All his sods also have the same thickness)

I've used Ground Source for all my big landscaping jobs and the outcome has always been great. If something needs further attention, they will come out and fix it ASAP. Will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Ground Source! They worked with us to create a striking landscape that reflected the style of our newly renovated home. We wanted something different than the typical Florida home foundation plants that you see on most homes, and Joe and his team delivered! Every one we have worked have been polite, responsive, and helpful, and their work is excellent.

We requested a bid for new landscaping from a few different companies and one from Ground Source. Some "other guys" might have been a bit less expansive than Ground Source's bid. But any slight price difference here was well worth it!

We work in IT and we often have to deal with project management to properly sequence activities/priorities and to plan for any contingencies. We are so impressed by the work plan Ground Source provided us, we might consider them for IT project management also (just kidding!)

But first, John came to discuss our ideas and the layout and he came up with suggestions that made complete sense. Then in a matter of days, we have received from John the drawing of the new landscaping we had discussed. This plan was not doodled on a napkin, it was highly professionally executed out of our lot survey and in a format ready for approval by our HOA. Our HOA quickly approved based on the detailed estimate and plan provided.

Also Joe was available to answer our questions about pricing and clearly explained the details of the bid. We then gave the go ahead for the new landscaping. Quickly thereafter, we received clear communication from Ground Source's office as to the date of installation, the different steps of the process and even post-installation care.

Jeff, operational manager, his crew: Steve & D and also Sam all did an excellent job with clockwork precision! They came on the day as planned and started with the removal of the old landscaping, did some leveling, then proceeded with the new installation.

We are in Florida, so, moving all that old stone work must have been horrendously intense with the heat and humidity. And gain, being in Florida, heavy rain stopped the work late afternoon. Ground Source's office was always available the whole time to answer my questions and concerns about resuming the work. The very next day, workers were back to finish the installation.

We requested a few modifications and Ground Work was able to address the changes on the same day they finished the installation.

The end result matches 100% what we discussed with John from the plan he designed for us.

We are beyond satisfied of the work quality, the speed of the execution of the work and how clean they left the yard after leaving.

The pictures don't quite do justice yet, as these little plants will require to grow some more, but still. We love it!

We had our entire backyard resodded by Groundsource - before it was filled with all sorts of weeds, dirt & ant piles. Groundsource did a fantastic job cleaning that all out, laying the sod, doing that first treatment, and patiently guiding me through programming the sprinkler. A month later our sod is still doing super well and we're so happy with the whole process!

I would leave a 0 if possible. We had our lawn done in December of last year, all the sod had nearly died. One tree is crooked. Upon install, I had to direct them to replant the plants so they’re in a straight line. Multiple plants have died as well. I will not even get into how terrible the irrigation system is. Joe was not helpful at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased 2400 square feet of Provista St. Augustine sod, which arrived in excellent condition. I'm extremely satisfied with the sod and plan to buy more to complete my backyard. It appears that the delivery fee remains constant regardless of whether you order 1 pallet or 8 pallets, and I would prefer it to be slightly cheaper. To avoid paying the delivery fee twice, it's advisable to order everything at once. Wished i knew this earlier. But overall great place to buy new sod.

Spoke to a gentlemen named Joe to consult about pricing and when they could come out to lay sod (I didn’t need the whole lawn done, just a few spots.) fast forward to Tuesday (9-1-2020) and the crew shows up to do the install. The customer service throughout the entire experience was great, Joe was great, Denzel and the rest of the installers all had great attitudes, and they cleaned up after themselves. My only issue is that I wish they were a little more clear about after care, I know have an irrigation system so I purchased a sprinkler that attaches to my hose, and I was advised to water the grass everyday for about three weeks to take root. I would’ve liked to know if there is a time of day preference, should I treat the grass for fungus, bugs, or anything else since this is my first time and I have no clue on how to care for grass besides water and cutting.

Everything was great with these guys. A real professional operation. Good communication throughout and did exactly what they said they would. Sod looks amazing and the price was VERY competitive and fair! Would certainly recommend and use their services in the future again when needed!

Ground Source replaced my lawn with St Augustine grass. Their pricing was competitive from the beginning. The estimator was very knowledgeable and assisted me with options. Once awarded the work, they performed the job as promised. The crews were very courteous and professional. They walked the job with me upon completing it to ensure I was happy with everything. I asked for a few adjustments and they took extra steps to make it happen. They have easy to follow instructions to keep the new investment in my lawn healthy and it looks great!! Solid company for any landscaping needs!

BEWARE. Not a trustworthy company in my experience. We signed a contract to fix my irrigation system, and the next day, I got an email from the owner, Youssif Mouad, saying the service would cost me about $800 more to do the work, and they could not honor what was signed, as the salesperson is not a company officer (?!). They said the irrigation repair would only be $800 cheaper if I had done it together with the landscape project, although I always made it clear I wanted separate quotes, and the contract did not mention that it was a conditional price. When I said it was signed and he had to honor it, he said the regulatory institutions wouldn't be on my side. HUGE RED FLAG, huh? Wasted my time, don't waste yours. If you read the bad reviews, they always blame the customers. Another red flag... Save yourself some headache and call another company. Hope it helps you!

The sod is fresh, however, you can't trust the "installation process" and 'quality work' they show on their videos (they cut plenty of corners when installing the sod); I called them to replace the sod of my front lawn and explained that I needed the ground to be leveled-out due to deep sunken areas where water would puddle. They said everything would be taken care of as requested. First they properly killed all the old sod.. After a week they came to remove the old sod, but instead of using a sod cutter to remove the dead sod, they used a power shovel to remove it, which I found inappropriate due to the small size of the front lawn; the power shovel also damaged the side walk (cracked a little) and did not improve the level of the ground. The "Sprinkler Inspection" they did at the same time as they removed the old sod was poorly done (It was a very superficial inspection, which failed to detect problems and I believe it should had been done AFTER the new sod had been installed); this ended costing me an additional $193.00 for them to "RE-inspect the sprinklers" (which I believe was not fair and should had been done right from the beginning). The ground was not leveled off as requested before installing the new sod, and the new, installed sod was installed in an uneven pattern, using sometimes small broken pieces. The new sod (or lawn) feels now "lumpy" and uncomfortable or difficult to walk on while trying not to twist an ankle as you walk on it. I think the sod installation was done in a hurry and not a good, quality job, as they show on their videos, especially for the price of $3K. I personally would not hire them again to redo my lawn.
