Even though I thought my house was clean, the unseen dust was making me sick. I was literally allergic to my house. Not any more! I hired The Maids to do an initial deep clean and then come once every month for regular clean. It’s been almost a year now and they have surpassed my expectations in every way. They always make my house feel like a 5-star hotel when they leave. And I am much healthier now. It may seem like a luxury to some but to me it is a necessity...The Maids improve my health and allow me to spend more time with my son since I work full-time and I am a single dad. The same crew comes each time so now they know my preferences and little details. I am a picky person! Even during the pandemic they have made me feel safe. I highly, highly recommend.

I’ve been with The Maids for several years now. They are fast, efficient, and thorough. They dust baseboards, fans, and all high and low places. I have had yellow team for most of my years with The Maids and highly recommended this company..

I have been using the Maids for about a year. I am very happy at how the maids work together as a team and get my home looking Great. The maids who come to my home are nice and professional and they always ask if there is an area or anything special that I need to have cleaned in my home. They are very thorough with the cleaning that they do.

Nelsie Corsino and her team (Yellow Team) do a superb job once a month at my home and truly appreciate the service they provide and how accommodating they are if anything comes up as well. Plus my dogs love them as well! 🤣

I’ve had experience with many housekeeping services throughout the years though none can compare to Nelsie & her yellow team! Nelsie is an amazing team leader. She assumes responsibility for all aspects of the service & if ever something is lacking she fixes it. I can count on the service being done “right the first time”! This is the second time I have used The Maids to clean my home. I scheduled the deep clean. The crew they sent was professional and when they arrived I explained what wanted done today. They came in and got right to work. They also bring everything they need. I also appreciated the shoe covers (nice touch). They texted the day before to give me an hour window of arrival and I received another text today to tell me they were on the way. My home looks awesome! Thank you.

I spoke with the Orlando service on Friday the 13th to schedule a deep clean on an already Clean and Empty house. I come home to find dirt in every window ceil, every corner, dirty light fixtures, only half the refrigerator wiped out, no one even bother cleaning in soap scrum from the bathroom window. This is not okay, I also feel taken advantage of. I spoke to someone immediately after. She assured me that ganruntee 100% satisfaction and this is unacceptable. Never heard from her again. Again 275.00 for an ALREADY EMPTY AMD CLEAN HOUSE. What did you do for 100 minutes??? This is not okay.

As far as your response.. Not true . I work two jobs to support my household and you should be ashamed. I do have the pictures to prove my complaint and will fight this to no end. Your customer service skills are tactless as I qoute you text me today to see what all the "fuss" was about.

I was so impressed with The Maids of East Orlando and have referred them to the company from where I rent. Franklin was extremely helpful and upfront with the quote and there were no surprises. The maids went straight to work immediately, after touring the home with me. No chatting among themselves....they were on a mission and gave me their best service. I respect that so much.
I even had a stubborn rust stain in my sink, and they had nearly removed without me asking. I honestly didn’t think it could be removed.

I've been a client of The Maids Team Yellow going on five years and all I can say is they are wonderful. I have never had a complaint during this time. Nelsie and her crew are just the best. Every picture frame, nlk-nak, plate and figureen is dust free along with everything else in the house. I haven't had to touch a ledge, a shelf unit, floral arrangement, base boards, anything sence they started. I highly recommend them.
