Team Orange is awesome!! If you want professional, 5 star service, this team and company are for you! The attention to detail made me so so happy! Our home is clean and smells great!

A team of four women (team orange!) came and got right to work! Let me start with the scheduling call - I was given every detail of the process and how pricing works (rates by the MINUTE, so you don’t have to worry about entering a new hour as they’re cleaning). They arrived 40 mins after I booked a same day clean, which was amazing. My dog wouldn’t stop barking at them from my balcony and they laughed it off and tried to calm him, even. They were kind and patient and smiled the entire time. Not to mention, they left my apt spotless!! Highly recommend.

The Maids of East Orlando is by far the best cleaning company that I have found. I called to make an appointment and spoke with the owner. The owner was very professional and very pleasant to speak with. He explained his company’s services and exactly what they would do on a job. I booked an appointment for a deep clean and it was scheduled in less than seven days. Which I considered very prompt.

A team a four ladies came to my home and cleaned from top to bottom. Everything the owner said they would do, they did and in less time than it would take one or two people to do. All the ladies conducted themselves professionally and were very pleasant to speak with. The thing I love about this company is that a team lead is assigned and the lead I had at my appointment did an amazing job communicating to the rest of the team of where to begin and exactly what to do. All four ladies went straight to work and worked very hard to get everything nice and clean, and done in a timely manner (did not take several hours as other cleaning companies might). They did not cut any corners either when cleaning, all of them cleaned very thoroughly. Afterwards, the team lead walked me through to do an inspection of the house and everything was so clean and pristine, I could not have done a better job myself. Nor, do I think another company could have offered the same services plus the same outcome at a very reasonable rate.

Bottom Line: The Maids of East Orlando is the Real Deal when it comes to cleaning.

I’d never used a cleaning service before, but my landlord required a professional clean out as part of moving out in our lease. The “orange” team led by Diana M. was excellent. They left the apartment in ship shape condition and left me with a great deal of confidence for getting my move in deposit back. I would recommend them for move out cleaning or any other services they offer.

Having tried multiple services, The Maids provided the most reliable and consistent results. They clean everything in depth, work efficiently, they are trustworthy, and they arrive in timely fashion. They take care of both of our houses biweekly, And they make my life easier. I have no reservations and recommending them.

Nelsie Corsino and the Yellow team were amazing. There was a slight mix up (that wasn’t their fault) but they were still able to finish the rooms on time and they look great. The lead was super nice and helpful and they did a great job. They previously did a whole house clean when we first moved in and their attention to detail was amazing, we will use them again.

I recently hired the Maids for a move in / move out cleaning and was very happy with their results. Frank was easy to work with and very accommodating to our schedule. His pricing was fair and he was in regular communication leading up to the cleaning day. Luz and team arrived on time and worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend the Maids for your cleaning needs!

We’re very efficient and showed up during the window when they said they were going to show up. They were very efficient and were out the door within the two hour time frame. Reasonable pricing would definitely use again after this being the first time that I used maids. Shout out to the blue team that came and cleaned my two bedroom apartment. 💙

My adult son apartment Was a disaster. Team orange Did a beautiful job. It looks like it was when he first moved in.

They scheduled a cleaning for 9 am. Then changed it to 2 pm. They then asked if could do it the next day and now its too late to schedule another clean. Dissapointed with the service.

Nelsie and her team have been taking care of our house for over a year now and their efforts, care and attention to detail are consistently exceptional. This team is spectacular. Frank and the scheduling team are always easy to communicate with too. I recommend The Maids without reservation! Every part of this business is highly professional.

I moved to Orlando almost 4 years ago from MA. I needed help in my home with cleaning and saw a vehicle for The Maids with their phone number. I have been with the Maids for a little over three years. I highly recommend The Maids, they are very respectful and thorough in their cleaning. The group always asks me when they arrive to my home if there is anything that I want them to focus on for cleaning. What I like about this Company is that they send three to four people to do the job so it only takes a few hours not all day and their prices are great. I highly recommend The Maids and I’m thankful I found them.

I've used their services for moving out of apartments twice now. The first time they came through with a last minute booking when another company cancelled the day before they were supposed to come and The Maids did a solid job. I came back to them again when moving out of my most recent apartment and the standard of service is just as great. They're definitely not the cheapest but their work quality speaks for itself!

Diana, Jennifell and Yomaire (The Orange Team) did a fantastic job today in cleaning my condo. They came on time, were very friendly but professional & left my condo looking and smelling so fresh & clean. It has been a while since I had it professionally cleaned and what a big difference. You ladies Rock!

I would highly recommend The Maids of Orlando to do any clean up. Our floors recently got refinished and there was fine particulate dust EVERYWHERE! I was very distraught at what a messy project it was. After calling 3 cleaning companies over the weekend, The Maids called me back first thing Monday morning. A sweet voice reassured me that they could tackle my project later that same day. A few hours later 4 young ladies came to my house armed with cleaning supplies and went to work. I told them that I don't want to see any more dust anywhere. I assumed that the next day I would probably still have to clean again after they left because the task was too large for them to do a detailed job to my standards. But these ladies surprised me! The house was extremely clean! They did a fantastic job. The other 2 companies eventually called me, but I had already coordinated the clean up with The Maids and I am really glad I did. I would highly recommend them to do a great detailed cleaning job. I used their "orange team".

Came 3 hours late, then charged us nearly double because they "didn't have enough time" for our empty, moved out townhouse. Left random areas undusted, footprints on the carpet, and surfaces that had clearly not been touched. Won't be using again.

I cannot recommend this cleaning company. They did not do a good job. Our bathroom still smelled and there was still grease on the kitchen cabinets. We ended up having to hired another service after they left to clean these and other areas that were not done well.

In addition to that, they over charged us on the time it took. The owner/manager didn't care that we had proof - his own employee called to confirm that the job was completed. Customer service was not good or nice.

Team Blue showed upon time and immediately went to work. This was a house which had not been deep.cleaned in many years and needed extra cleaning effort. One team member focused on the kitchen, another on the bathrooms, while others dusted, cleaned and vacuumed. When finished, the kitchen was very clean with appliances looking great! Vacuuming all the house took extra time due to the condition of the carpets and floors, but looked so much improved when completed. And the bathrooms were in much better condition! Thank you, Team Blue! I would highly recommend The Maids to anyone who needs their services!

I used help of the Maid in Pennsylvania. After moving to FL, I decided to try their help again. My team (Nellie, Laura, and Maria) has already performed deep cleaning with glass door cleaning. I was happy with the results. I decided to use their service on regular base: my house is clean and tidy, I have some time to finish my unpacking and organizing a new house. The ladies are always on time, they are efficient and fast. They are respectful and very nice. The scheduling process is over the phone, you will receive a text about their arrival. I am happy with this service.
