Robert, the owner, came to fix my pool leak on a frigid day in December, 2014. He was prompt, organized, and very knowledgeable about my pool. The pool has not leaked since. I would recommend Certified Leak Detection to anyone with a pool leak.

Rob found the leak in my irrigation system between the back flow and the irrigation meter at the street.

Rob was great, he came out on the 17th, but then the irrigation meter stopped after he spent 1.5 hours trying to find the leak. He said if my irrigation meter came back on he would come back. So he did the very next day! After much effort on his part and putting pressure in the line to find my mystery leak he was able to uncover it! Wow, unbelievable as I was about to give up. Rob went above and beyond and I highly recommend his company to find a water leak!

Robert came out, spent about 2 hours checking every opening to the pool. Discovered that it was not any of the water ports, but the main pool light housing. Patched and holding water again. Great job at a reasonable price.

Robert was very professional and thorough in finding the leak in our pool. Our pool was losing about an inch a day or more of water. Robert located the leak and was able to seal it the same day. We were very pleased with his work.

I have a 37 year old Tropicana Pool with all the bell and whistles that way leaking. I was ready to have a pool sale.....…just dig it up and take it away! Robert came out and analyzed the situation, and made a few recommendations to isolate the leaks. It took several weeks and multiple trips, but he repaired all the leaks for one reasonable price. A good job, well done, with great customer service. Can’t wait to see my water bill go down!

Rob came out this morning and not only found out where the leak was coming from in a matter of minutes, he went above and beyond and repaired what he could. As a first time pool owner, he also gave me some basic pool information (pool school) that I was not aware of. If I ever need any work in the future, I will be reaching out to Rob directly.

Don't even bother calling anyone else. Robert is the man! I had a real bad leak in my main drain and he came out and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. Honest, knowledgeable and professional businessman and that's hard to find anymore. Showed up on time and charged a reasonable price. If your pool is leaking this is the place to call.

I had a bad experience with a company who resurfaced our pool, did new tile around the top, & put in a new pool light in March. They didn't seal well enough around many areas & the pool had been losing water ever since. The pool resurface company couldn't find the leaks/figure out the problem so they ended up telling me I needed a leak dedection specialist to look at it & basically that they give up, not offering to pay either. I found out it was areas they should have sealed better (around the back of the new pool light they installed, around the main drain, and around a jet) after Robert came out & fixed our leaks. As you can imagine, I was upset at first about having to pay for someone else to fix it but none of that is really related to Robert and the great work he did. My pool is no longer losing water about a week later. Will keep an eye on it but he said he has a guarantee & I feel like our problem might finally be fixed! So grateful to Robert!

Great experience! I called certified leak detection because one of my pool drains wasn't working properly and Rob came out promptly and got it taken care of right away! In my case I didn't have a leak, it was just clogged with leaves but Rob was able to diagnose it quickly and unclogged the drain for me. I know who I'll be calling next time I have an issue.

Called yesterday afternoon. He was here in 30 mins. Did a visual check of the pool. Found a leak in the filter. Lightning rolled in. He left promising to come back in next couple of weeks. Came back this afternoon. Brought out his equipment. Spent a half hour underwater (part of the service). Found 2 leaks. Both needed expensive work to excavate and replace fittings. He epoxied them and said they should hold this way a long time. His explanation made sense and I happily paid him the original quoted price to check and fix leaks. Guy is amazing. Really knows his stuff. I'd recommend him to anyone with a pool, deck or spa problem.

Above and beyond customer service! Amidst a complete pool renovation, I awakened one night concerned about checking the pool plumbing before the finishing began in just a few days. Each leak detection company I called was scheduled weeks out. But Rob, with Certified Leak Detection, recognized the (self-inflicted) urgency of my situation, and came SAME DAY! He pressure tested my plumbing and immediately identified the EXACT LOCATION of a broken pipe. The break was under the concrete deck, and I was concerned that the repair would interrupt the renovation schedule. But Rob pointed out that there was a guy working on the pool with a jackhammer about 10' away from me who could have the hole opened up in minutes. From there it was just a matter of some PVC fittings and glue. Problem solved! Thanks Rob for great service and solution!

Rob came to our home to locate a leak that had caused our water bill to be higher than normal. He quickly accessed the problem and was thorough and deliberate in locating the leak in a wall behind the hot water heater. I would highly recommend Rob and his company to my friends and family. If I ever need a leak detection company again Certified Leak Detection will be my only call.

Robert came this morning at 830 am very knowledgeable and proactive. Took his time to find any leak detections. We were told from another team that it was a skimmer issue. He did check and it wasn't the issue he was able to find the real issue and address it. Very honest, any future issues comes along I will be calling Robert. Thank you for the great experience.

His inspection was very thorough and most importantly, HE IS HONEST!! While he could've told me the broken pipe needed immediate repair, INSTEAD...he capped off some of the jets to bypass the pipe, so that the leak was stopped and I could save for future costs. Only cost $390 and has 90 day warranty. Better than the others!! I highly recommend this company!!

I called Rob on Monday morning requesting assistance with my pool ASAP. He adjusted his schedule around for the following day so he could fix the leaks in my pool. We had been losing water for months. I called Rob and he gave us a date that he could be out. He showed up on time. He pressure tested our pipes and told us they were perfect. Then, he put on a wet suit and with a snuba compressor jumped in our cold pool. He did a few things around the lights and the pool skimmer. It has been weeks since he was here and we have not lost a drop of water since. Rob told us his work was guaranteed and to call if we had any more problems, The money that we will save on our water bill will offset his fee. I thoroughly recommend him. He is not just another mouthpiece and actually does what he said he will do.

I noticed that my pool water level seemed to be going down at the rate of about a 1/4 inch a day.I went on line in a panic and found several companies including Certified leak detection. After reading the review I took a chance with Certified. I called Rob Douglas in the morning and he came right out that afternoon. Though I have a relatively small pool I had 2 leaks,one of which was very hard to find.Unfortunately it took 2 trips to find that very small almost imperceptible second leak. However he did find the leaks and my pool seems to be back to normal. Rob did make me feel secure by informing me that if there were any other problems he would come right out to address the issue which he did.

I had a leak in my pool, which i knew for some time, but was not able to find the right guy. I had some local pool maintenance companies come and look for the leak for months. Could not find a spot and instead ended up patching my entire pool with white under water putty. After trying with mom-pop companies I came across certified leak detection company through google search and decided to give it a shot. Trust me folks I wasn't disappointed. I talked to Robert, who is the owner and operator and he promised me to show up at my house at 8AM. And also provided me with an estimated charges over the phone. 8AM door bell rang and he was right in front of me. Came equipped with all the needed gears and roughly one hour inside my pool he came out and told me the problem. Gave me the price to fix it and also gave me written warranty for a year. He did the work. Took the payment and left. I was not too sure and wanted to wait before submitting any review for him. Almost 2 months and I have filled water twice instead of adding every other day. Money well spent and very pleased with overall professionalism. If you have a leak in your pool..give Robert a try...you wont be disappointed.
