On Feb.1,2021 Rob came out to house to see where pool was leaking. He had a good idea where it was and he was right on. Very fair pricing . Did the job and pool is at a steady level .Leak stopped. Rob tells you up front the price, and that is what it is. If you have a leak call Rob at Leak Detection ,you wont regret it.Very honest family business. As long as I own a pool he will get my business for leaks.

I researched Google and read reviews regarding companies that handles issues with pool leaks. I cam across Certified Leak Detectors and I liked the reviews on their company. I immediately call and got in touch with Robert who was very professional and kind enough to accommodate me for the same day. He came and explained the process and how the charges are. From the beginning I felt comfortable with his work ethic and I had a good feeling on what to expect. Robert was very diligent during the time at my house making sure that all possibilities were covered. At the end he was able to find and fix the problem at a very reasonable price. Thank you Robert!

I highly recommend Certified Leak Detection. I called them yesterday and received a quick call back. Robert (the owner) made an appointment for 10:30 the next morning. He showed up early for the appointment, took a look at my pool and quickly found the problem without going though a full-blown leak detection process. He said he could charge me to do a full leak detection and do a temporary repair but he said that was not going to fix my problem because I have a bigger issue. Not knowing any better, he could have easily charged me and I would have paid, and the problem would have occurred again in the near future. Rather than charge me and me be unhappy when the pool leaked again soon, he did a quick temporary repair and provided a referral to a company that can fix the larger issue. I appreciate his honesty and straightforward way of dealing with his customers. He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with me. Very honest and knowledgeable.

Robert is a very professional and ethical person. He checked our pool and found the leaks and fixed them. He is very knowledge and does his job properly. He answered all my questions. Previously I had another leak detection company looked our pool and suggested an expensive and unnecessary solution. Very glad I contacted Robert. He saved me some good amount of money. I had spent the last several months filling my pool almost daily. Being new to pool ownership, I wasn't sure if that was just normal with evaporation during the dry months, until I bought a pool blanket and continued to lose water. I found Certified Leak Detection in my research online and found their website to be very helpful, so I decided to give them a call. Robert gave me an estimate over the phone and described what he would be able to do. Shortly after, he scheduled a service visit. He was on time, very professional and went to work immediately. He worked diligently, inspecting all of the fittings and the pool finish itself (including under water) and all of the pool equipment. When he finished, he let me know that all of the needed repairs would be included in his overall fee, with the exception of one which required more extensive work. His price was very reasonable and he was finished in short order. I haven't had to fill the pool since! All-in-all, I couldn't be more pleased and won't hesitate to call again should I suspect a leak anywhere on my property.

I have been using the same company for the past 2 years to clean my pool and every week the perform service not once did they notice that the pool was leaking. When I did notice the leak I check around with a few company, but Certified Leak Detection stood out with 5 star reviews. The ver day I called, Robert assured me that he would be at my home later or the next day. By 3 pm that very afternoon he was at my home unfortunately I was at work but before he started he explained what he would do and after he was finished he called me again to let me know what he found and what he did to repair the leak. He was very professional and reliable. I would definitely use his service again and I highly recommend Robert and his company.

Rob was unbelievably great. Scheduled a time, arrived early, and got straight to work. He found two leaks in my pool and resolved both of them, and took his time to explain the leaks and what he did to fix them, and even provides a guarantee on his repairs. Certified awesome. We have had a leak and called countless companies about it with many no shows and just trying to upsell a pool refinish. Robert came out next day, suited up, found it and fixed it. Seriously cannot recommend enough!!

My pool had been losing water at an abnormal rate for quite some time. I called Robert, the owner of Certified Leak LLC. I made an appointment for him to come over and fix whatever was wrong. He found 3 areas where my pool was losing water. He sealed those areas wearing a wet suit in the pool in December. I have not lost any water since. After months with a leak in my pool I called Rob at 9:00 a.m and he happened to be in my area and was at my house by 11:30. He spent time to explain to me his process and within 30 minutes he found the leak and was able to repair the issue on the spot. He also made it clear what the cost were and he would do everything he could to keep them to a minimum... Rob was very professional and takes pride in his work. I am in the real estate business and will be sure to refer him to any of our clients in need of leak detection.....

Had 2 other poor experiences with leak detection companies who failed to fix our pool leak. Mr. Douglas was on time, efficient, and repairs were very reasonably priced. Best part is that my pool isn’t leaking!

I developed leaks in our 30 yr old pool which has been refinished only 4 years ago. A friend recommended I call Rob which I did one afternoon. Rob was at my house at. 8:30 the next morning and immediately went to work locating my possible leaks. He put on his wetsuit and went to work sealing up the leaks. He.was here about two hours and he was finished. My pool has never held water as well as it does now. I would definitely recommend Rob if you have a leak in your pool. I also feel he charged a very fair price.

I have been fighting (both physically and financially) a leak in my large swimming pool. I had to put water into my pool at least once a week because the water level would go below the skimmer. I thought that I needed a whole new pool floor because of a crack developing at the bottom. However, i found Rob at Certified Leak Detection. He came out and found several leaks and sealed all of them. All my leaks are gone! No more putting water into my pool and it has been five months. I am saving a lot of money each month. Andrei was amazing!! Communication was super easy and efficient! He repaired a large hole in our wall and you cannot even tell there was a hole to begin with! 10/10 would recommend!
