I recently worked with Cymone and her team to pack up a storage container to prepare to sell a house & move my parents. She was very communicative about their ETA and they were all very nice and helpful. Additionally, very efficient at moving furniture around the antiques my mom didn’t want packed yet, as well as arranging stuff & securing the load in the container. There was a treadmill I needed to dismantle more but luckily she had time to come back the next day so we could get as much loaded before I left town. I didn’t realize she also did junk removal, so we will hire her again for the final clean out at my parents house. (SO nice despite that swampy summer heat!). Thanks SO much - appreciate you all!!

We used Junky Donkey Services this past weekend and we're very well pleased! I would recommend this company without hesitation. They were professional, fast and took care of our move. They charged a fair and reasonable rate. My only disappointment is that they don't service Duval County. Otherwise, I'd be giving them A LOT of business. These folks are great! I was concerned about being able to find someone three days ago with a hurricane bearing down, but they took the job, at a very reasonable price (flat rate), and kept the appointment, as scheduled. Their customer service is great! Xavier kept in touch with me by phone and text, so I always knew his arrival time. He extended his hand in greeting and was professional and friendly. We booked this through U-Haul which was very easy and convenient, they had the best quote (called a few different places), and the movers were very friendly and extremely helpful in the most professional way, definitely recommend.
