I was scheduled for a free consultation on May 18th at 9am, but on the day of the consultation I get a text from Frank at 9:02am saying the consultation was canceled because my roof wasn’t qualified. I was pretty upset they canceling on me on the day of. I contact the HR services. I talked to Marc Culbert and he was able to assist me and still get someone out to me for the consultation. Ross came by and talked to me on why my roof wasn’t qualified and filled me in on how it works. My anger from that morning went down and I was thankful for them and their knowledge. Thank you Marc for your assistance on helping me.
