I had a pipe break in my kitchen after calling a well known plumber and being very disappointed I called Chaviano Handyman and I have absolutely no regrets! I ended up with a new kitchen Chaviano did the all of the work plumbing and electrical as well as cabinets I am more then pleased with my new kitchen and everything that was done!! I strongly recommend Chaviano Handyman for what ever you need done he literally can do anything and does it to perfection !!
I will definitely be using him again

Purchased a new garbage disposal for the kitchen since the original one broke and was causing leaks.
Also got a new kitchen faucet since it was in dire need to be replaced.
I've attempted to replace the items on my own just didn't have the tools to get it done.
Spent half a day calling around for a handy man, most business found on Google Maps were either no longer in business or willing to pick up, the one's that did wanted to charge a arm and a leg.
Came across Raul's business, the man actually picked up his phone, was very polite, answered all my questions and was able to get me taken care of the very same day!
Very professional, very faierd priced and fast with his work.
Would recommend with confidence to anyone needing a dependable handyman service from this man and his business.

Someone I knew said they called him and that they were happy with his work. So he came over and did my hot water heater replacement. Price was competitive, he arrived early, he stayed in communication to confirm the appt, and he left everything clean. He was a true professional and I will definitely call him for future projects.

I contacted Raoul to install a new garbage disposal. We set date, time and price and everything went according to schedule. He was there on time and cleaned up any mess there was. I will use him again for another project for sure!!

I had a great experience with their work. My water heater broke and I needed to replace and install it ASAP. Raul came the next day and installed it. It was a great deal compared to what Lowe's wanted to charge for installation. He did an amazing job and were very professional. Cannot recommend them enough!

He did not want to follow instructions to install jack studs for a load bearing wall (makes it stronger) even after agreeing in writing to do so. Caught him multiple times not doing it right when I’d given him a picture of what the door frame should look like and explained it just prior! Plus half his cuts weren’t straight and then he didn’t even shim his uneven cuts until I insisted. It was all a rush job. I don’t trust him and would never hire him again.

I’ve dealt with Raul for years . He actually shows when he says. That’s shocking in Florida lol. His work is top notch. His electrical crew is amazing. I had no idea how filthy my air ducts were until these men cleaned them. The ventilation in my house is much better now, and there's a lot less dust on my furniture. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end!

I was frightened and worried after a tiny kitchen fire caused by a dryer problem. I immediately made an appointment for dryer vent and air duct cleaning. Marcus, the technician, discovered significant lint accumulation that might have resulted in another catastrophic mishap. In order to get rid of all the dust and soot, he also cleaned the blower, coils, and furnace. He gently described the connections between these systems and the true threat of accumulation. After everything was cleansed, my house no longer smelled like smoke. I felt safe again for the first time since the incident.

We made an appointment for a servicing after noticing poor airflow from our vents. The blower was nearly totally obstructed, it turned out. Following coil and blower cleaning, our air conditioner cooled more quickly and uniformly. Every member of the staff was courteous and professional. Fantastic experience!

I was skeptical about how much air duct cleaning would help, but now I’m a believer. The house smells fresher, the HVAC system isn’t as loud, and even our pets seem more comfortable. The techs were incredibly professional, used modern equipment, and cleaned up everything after they were done. It’s rare to find a home service company that delivers exactly what they promise — these guys did, and more.

After finishing a basement remodel, I thought cleaning the visible dust would be enough. But I noticed fine dust kept returning, no matter how often I wiped things down. The air duct technicians pulled out drywall dust, wood splinters, and even small screws from the vents. They performed deep cleaning, blower cleaning, coil cleaning, and sanitization. They also cleaned the furnace, which had collected renovation debris. I honestly had no idea so much junk had been hiding in the system.

My experience with ABM as a transportation contractor has been deeply unsatisfactory. The company consistently fails to provide reliable and safe service for employees who depend on their shuttles. Bus schedules are highly inconsistent, leading to repeated delays and causing employees to be late for work.

Worse yet, when buses do arrive, they are often dangerously overcrowded—well beyond safe capacity. This not only violates basic safety standards but also poses a serious risk of mass injury or worse in the event of an accident. It is clear that ABM lacks adequate planning and concern for passenger welfare.

The drivers and staff display little accountability or urgency in addressing these issues, which suggests a broader culture of negligence. I strongly urge companies to reconsider using ABM as a transportation provider and recommend that anyone relying on their services monitor conditions closely and report safety violations to the appropriate regulatory bodies.

Employee transportation should prioritize timeliness and safety—ABM fails on both fronts.
