Once again, Derek, of "Mr. Handyman" of Winderemere, did an awesome job! He prepped our guest bathroom and removed old sink and toilet as well as patched dry walls for upcoming installation of our new pedestal sink and toilet. Of course Derek will be scheduled for that, after Hurricane Milton gets out of the way!

Mr. Handyman provided great quality service in a timely manner. Their billing was fair priced and extremely detailed. Mr. Handyman executed a large project for us and had great integrity to meet each expectation. We appreciate their help and will be using them again in the future.

Great and reliable service! They completed an accent wall for me and helped me renovate my bathroom.

Reached out to Mr Handyman for some plumbing needs. From my initial interaction with them until the final invoice, everything was completely professional and friendly. First, let me start with the fact that they reached out and offered some troubleshooting via text. When those options didn’t work, then they made some suggestions to come out and inspect, providing a rough estimate to be done, along with some “”scenarios.

My technician, Derek, came out and did a great job. Explaining items along the way before starting the work. I did have one additional item that needed to be added for an additional cost, but it was minor in comparison to what could have been. Other items that I was given a heads up, turned out were not needed as they got into work.

All in all, I was very happy with the work that was done, which, by the way, it was replacement of three toilets. Two upstairs, one downstairs, with a valve to be replaced on one of them.

Team did a great job. Andrew was super responsive when setting up the job and gathering details and answering all our MANY questions. Lloyd was very professional and accurate in the estimate he provided and the work he and the team was to provide and even took more care in ensuring the work would be done correctly than other contractors we spoke to. Lloyd , David and Dan arrived on time and took great care in the work and had great fun attitudes a long the way. Craftsmanship is great and would use again!!! They truly nailed it!!!

Nice guy who helped us paint our bedroom and hang some heavy things up for us. Looking forward to having them back to complete the wallpaper and window treatments. He advised us on the measurements for the curtains and the length and thickness we needed for the curtain rod and was friendly and easy to work with.

I'm having them do work on several of my exterior doors. They completed Phase 1 today, and the work was excellent. Overall, they have been very responsive and professional.

[Update] 2/26/24 - I just had them do a number of small jobs inside, including replacing baseboards, minor painting, etc. Steve A did a great job and was very professional.

Derek was able to reassemble and install a unique, 70 year old window! I so appreciate his attention to detail and precision in getting this interesting window back up and working again. They were able to assist the same day I contacted them. Thank you!

Andrew and Don have serviced my home for a variety of repairs over the past few years, including door replacements, window trim repair, siding replacement, etc. They are always very responsive in their communication, offer fair pricing, and most importantly, perform excellent work. I used Mr. Handyman for the first time for installing an attic ladder . Andrew the owner is a very professional , kind , polite, reliable individual and great to work with! Extremely professional, reliable, honest, and fairly priced.

Andrew gave me 2 quotes : one for just installation if I was to purchase the ladder box, etc. myself & they just install it and the other with the installer doing the whole thing… taking the measurements first, then purchasing the box, and then installing the whole ladder kit. I elected for the latter. And in hindsight, I am so glad that I did just that.

The installer Shahbaz also was extremely professional and excellent at his job. He first took exact measurements, then went and bought the ladder kit.

However the box from lowes had parts missing inside the box, manufacturer issue, , so he went back to return it and got the correct box with all the parts included from yet another store.

A 2-3 hr job became a half a day ordeal for poor Shahbaz but he completed the job very pleasantly & professionally without a single frown on his face. And Andrew nor Shahbaz never charged me an extra penny because of the defective vendor packaging. They both stood by their original price quote.

I would use them again anytime and highly recommend their services.

Steve is very professional and knows what he is talking about. My project isn’t about even finished yet and it looks 100X better than it did when he started it. Great Job would 100% recommend.
