This company was hired to jet the sewer lines at my Apt complex. They started working without notifying anyone in the building. Water and sewage began to back up into our Apt and when I told the guys working what was happening they shrugged and said that happens.

BEWARE THEY OPEN DOORS AND GO INTO YOUR APARTMENT WHEN DOGS ARE LOOSE AND NO ACCESS TO APARTMENT WAS GIVEN. CALLED MY LANDLORD. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO INTO RESIDENCE WITH DOGS OUT. WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER FOR BREAKING AND ENTERING I HAVE VIDEO PROOF

Thank you for relocating our clean out! Crew was onsite within hours of requesting service. They handled all the permits and did the work in half of a day! Definitely recommend and would use them again if needed! Thank you so much!

What a great service these guys came in the middle of the night at 10:00 p.m. and they were on it. They came back the next morning and found the problem immediately these guys are the most professional I've seen in a long time very polite and very professional Chris and Robert did a awesome job. DO NOT USE CREATIVE MULTI CARE!!!!
On July 23rd, Scott and his crew were installing some valves underground in my neighborhood. They dug up an destroyed both of my driveways and part of my yard. Left broken glass and wire coming out of the ground in several places.
THEY HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS. No work was done in my yard at all. Absolutely nothing. My driveway is STILL torn up despite Scott on two occasions telling me they would make repairs. When calling the office and leaving my number, the calls are screened and not returned. Two months later, my driveways and yard are still torn up. I will have to pay out of my pocket for something Creative Multi Care did not need to do at all. Further, I'm not the only victim in their negligence. Several other yards are torn up as well. Ignore the star, it's the only way I could post.

When in doubt Cassie at Creative makes it happen! I use their multitude of services at my property in Winter Park and they are always efficient, great customer service, and get me on the schedule even when extremely busy. For property managers looking for a great vendor -- Creative Multicare is a great choice. Thank you Cassie!!!!

This company was hired by my landlord for a plumbing leak and the only thing they were creative with were ways to be unprofessional! They came in , never said hello, did not communicate with me with what was doing on in my unit rather only to the land lord and then they communicated it to me. They left my place to food where the leak came from (my neighbor’s apartment) they left my house and went over, leaving my door unlocked and said absolutely nothing to me so my door was unlocked for a while and anything could’ve happened , also left holes in my wall, exposed pipes and all , didn’t put a piece of plastic or anything and left my bathroom in shambles, completely disgusting and unusable for sanitary reasons . I would not recommend th. I wish I could add my video !
