My apartment complex hired these guys to check my AC unit. They refused to help after cutting a hole into my wall and told me nothing about anything. The older guy scoffed when he saw our Pride flag hanging up. I won't repeat the words/ names used against me while they left my apartment. This was the most unprofessional and uneducated encounter I've ever had in my entire life. I've already reported this business to all the proper outlets.

Words can not express the Wonderful, Professional and Courteous job we received from Creative. Dustin, Zach, Brandon and Jake did a amazing job and kept me in the loop at all times. Best Company for your needs. They are there until the job is done CORRECTLY. Bless you All. Also FYI anyone that says they do not know what they are doing or are rude is being untruthful. This is my 5th interaction with them and they are the same since the beginning. My hats off to you

If I could give negative stars, I would. At no point did they take moisture readings (I ended up doing them myself with a delmhurst) and they were quite insistent that no dehumidifier was necessary, completely refusing to place one, despite my ceiling and walls being saturated. They only brought an air scrubber (turns out mold happens when you leave drywall saturated) because I threatened to call code enforcement on my apartment complex. The air scrubber they placed is completely covered in loose drywall dust from the previous jobsites it was on, bringing further contamination into my apartment.

They claim to do water mitigation services, yet they very clearly have not trained their staff to do so. Yes, the loss happened over a holiday. These are classified as emergency services for a reason, and quite frankly Creative MultiCare had better hope none of this ceiling falls in before they can be bothered to come out "during regular business hours."

I’m a property manager and creative always takes great care of us. BUT this really is a shoutout to Gina who was able to help me so quickly with a mixed up invoice! She was prompt and friendly! Thanks Gina :)

I have been using Creative Multicare for plumbing, mold remediation, structural drying after a water leak, carpet and vinyl cleaning, and resurfacing. Creative has been a partner to me since taking over a dilapidated property 2 years ago, and I couldn't do it without them.
They are professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very fair in their pricing. To any property managers out there, I highly recommend them.

What a waste of my time and complete fraud. Andrew shows up to the house. I explain I would like to have a second meter installed on my water line for the irrigation system. He is completely confused and has no idea what I am talking about. Says he has to call his boss. Calls his boss and explains that a second meter wouldn’t do anything except maybe give you a second hose bib. After literally about 3 mins of discussion and phone call, he says I have to charge a fee of $75 with no thought of any future work. Then says his boss wanted him to charge me more. What a joke. I think every house in my neighborhood has a second meter. Everyone says what a huge help it is for water bills etc. To be a professional plumbing company and have no idea what I was asking for is beyond me. Do not call this company! You will pay for absolutely nothing!!

Creative Multicare, for when you want to create more mess and damages than you started with!

This company just demo'ed and installed a tub in my unit. The photos are just *some* of the damages they caused when left unsupervised. They scraped up the porch (doorbell camera shows one guy dragging the tub down the porch after spending over an hour standing outside on his phone), left dirt and scrapes everywhere, broke both towel bars, ripped my carpet, and left debris and parts of the old tub everywhere.

If you want the landlord special in repair, this is the company for you.

Edit: I just found where they left all the debris from the tub tear out in the walls. Wanted to share photos. Some of us would be embarrassed to leave a job site like this.

These guys were great! Very accommodating to my schedule and request. They didn’t force anything on me and when he arrived, he was busting his hump. A 4 hour job in this heat and he didn’t slow down. Great work guys!

We had quite a bit of work done by Mr. Handyman including faucet replacements, toilet replacement, and multiple repairs due to damages to our home by another company. The appointment process was informative and I was able to text photos of work I was looking to have done. Adriel explained everything with the understanding that an estimate would be provided the day of my appointment and upon accepting the estimate, work would begin immediately.
The work was completed in a timely manner by Kevin but not without some hiccups. This is what sets Mr. Handyman apart from other businesses. I called immediately with issues I noticed from the work and left a message because it was after hours. The next morning I received a text asking to provide photos of the issues. The owner, Andrew responded immediately and set a time to stop by later that day that worked for my schedule. He also had Jessie come out to fix the issues at the same time. The fixes were completed and the remainder of the work that I was having done was scheduled for a later date.

He advised me that they guarantee their work for a year and followed up with me the following day to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. After I had the remaining work done by Steven, Andrew also followed up with a phone call where I informed him that everything was great except the attention to detail in the clean up process. As a homeowner I’m looking for 2 things when I get work done on my home.
1. that the work is done as described for a fair price by a company that is licensed appropriately and
2. that my home is left in the same if not better condition then when the work started.
Even though my home wasn’t cleaned to my specification after the work was completed I believe that Andrew took my feedback and will use it to ensure all employees will consider that when they’re completing work on someone’s home.
If I have any other jobs (big or small) in the future that I plan to contract out, I will call Mr. Handyman and recommend them highly for anyone in the Orlando area.

We recently completed a project with Mr. Handyman that included demo, floor repairs, backsplash installation, and drywall repairs. We had an excellent experience with all technicians (Jesse, Kevin, and I can't remember the tile installer's name!), and communication was prompt. They also came back two weeks after install to fix an outlet (we hadn't noticed it stopped working after the backsplash install), no questions asked and no charge. As others have said, they aren't the cheapest, but you will absolutely receive great service.

I had a great experience with this company. An unexpected challenge occurred while my technician Victor was working on the project. He worked very diligently to ensure that the problem was fixed correctly. He was very professional, and he explained everything thoroughly. He cleaned up thoroughly as well (which is nice these days!)
I also spoke with the owner a couple of times and he was very adamant that my project, being a bit unusual, was completed correctly. I would highly recommend this company and my technician Victor.

They've done two jobs for me now. First was replacement of an outside door and frame. Fit and finish great. No leaks. The second was recaulking some windows. Again a great job. No mess or smearing. Cleanup on both jobs great.

Andrew was very punctual and he was very knowledgeable about the job he was going to do. He actually went out of his way to meet me at my convenience! The next day Mario came out was on time and got straight to work. He was friendly and did a fantastic job for us!

Great job, didn’t ask for money up front. Using the again next week!

Derek was AMAZING!!!! Efficient, clean, professional and personable. Made sure I was aware of the cost up front. Showed me how to adjust pieces, if needed. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and Me. Handyman. My only regret is that I didn't sooner!

David was extremely professional and got the job done as such. I had some ceiling repairs due to roof leaks and David was able to knock it all out quickly. The work looks amazing and he took such care to lay down drop cloths and protect everything in my house.

They are a bit more expensive than you realize and compared to other handyman services, so be prepared to that. HOWEVER, I won't knock their rating down because of this as you definitely get what you pay for in reliable, quality work that won't require needing to call them again to fix it. Others may be cheaper, but they aren't as professional.

Thank you Mr. Handyman for sending out Derek to evaluate our multiple windows (second floor loft) which we believed was causing our ceiling leaks. Derek spotted the problem and assured us that the wood frame we thought would have to be replaced was not the issue. He said it just needed some much needed caulking! Thanks Derek for your fine work and honesty! Will be using this company again!

Great job from Mr. Simms of Mr Handyman. Top notch work, cleaned up afterwards, courteous and thoughtful. We had him fix some drywall cracks in the ceiling, re-caulk an exterior window, and seal a crack in the kitchen ventilation conduit. Thanks!

We needed siding and a gate repaired after a hurricane. Our handyman Don was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. By far, the best handyman I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

Andrew & Steve were great to work with. Steve installed several door knobs for us and the knobs were too big for the old small knob holes. They were very knowledgeable and re-drilled the hole to the size needed and all the knobs look and work great. I am planning on hiring them to do other things needed in and outside my home later in the year. Thank you, Mr. Handyman.
