I needed four rooms with carpet cleaned and needed it done quickly. Upon searching for local businesses I came across Zerorez and read the reviews.

I’m really glad I did because with all the positive I knew the work would be done and done well. So, from the first call to the final payment it was so smooth and I was not disappointed! Jacob was the tech that serviced the job. He was extremely friendly and reliable.

I recommend Zerorez to anyone needing carpets cleaned. I can’t speak to their other services because I did not use them.

Great experience with Zerorez! Lucas was so professional, friendly, and thorough. The whole process was seamless from start to finish, and my couch and loveseat cushion look amazing! Lucas even has his own personal touch with the triangle pattern he creates from brush strokes on the fabric, which looks very polished! Loved it and will be calling Zerorez for any carpet or upholstery needs.

Great communication, kind, friendly, very detailed, informative about chemicals used as well as after care & great overall experience. Lucas was able to remove a stain that the apartment management claimed wouldn’t come out from previous tenant. Very thankful for the quick but amazing service! Great deal & even removed a charge for portable machine since he was able to make it work without & asked questions to tailor the service for our needs since we’re dealing with allergies. Awesome dryer vent service. Cleaned up the area, and made sure everything was connected properly on my dryer. Brett was patient and professional. He also helped me understand the importance of making sure I keep my dryer vent maintained. I will be calling this company again. I’m very pleased.
